1. location is where we expected. 2. room had a kitchenette 3. room had a bathtub 4. had a guest laundry but was a bit expensive. 5. friendly staff 6. room was comfortable and roomy, we had a king suite

the website for booking.com did not mention the facility is under a huge remodel. there was not a breakfast included as was stated but a mere granola bar, hard bagel and maybe fruit. of course, there was no discount for this. therefore, we feel the hotel was overpriced. had to ask for towels, toilet paper and coffee. there was no dishes in the kitchenette which was not good. why have it if there are no supplies. the microwave was dated. after being there, we felt it was overpriced for what we were getting, especially since it was under a remodel and the amenities were not all available

The breakfast could have couple of more options. The beds are very hard. Disabled people have to go to second floor way down hall for ice.

Currently undergoing a refit so breakfast was limited and no where to eat it other than your room unless you want to sit in the lobby, but the staff helpful in relation to making tea requests. Good size room and comfortable bed and excellent bathroom. One elevator was out of order during our stay but we were able to use an alternative all be it at the other end of the building.

Wedged open fire doors by contractors moving materials. Excess furniture stored on fire exit routes.

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom sink separated from the toilet and tub area is a very good idea. The closets had the necessary space for 2 people.

The orange juice offered at breakfast could not have been worse. The taste was horrible to say the least. There must be other brands that the hotel can offer, in particular if it is going to be part of the Hilton Family in the future.

Everyone was very helpful. I was a little disappointed about not having daily housekeeping but that was okay, we had everything and more brought to us. Breakfast, was okay, it was what I would usually eat at home.. would have enjoyed more variety and some hot options, milk. But overall it was okay. The pool was wonderful and warm. The hotel was VERY quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable!

The breakfast could have had more hot options, more of a variety besides the same things every day and milk. I have always liked when housekeeping came in daily, that is the nice part about vacations...if you leave for the day and forget or do not have time to make your bed, you come back to a nice fresh room.

Breakfast was very good,room clean but we prefer wooden floor instead of carpet.Customer Service was good,staff very friendly and we will go back if the facility paid attention to have rooms with wooden floor for pets.Thanks

The rooms for pets should not have carpets because it is not so clean when you travel with pets,so management must take this into account because carpets used to smell bad and can have also bugs.Thanks

The room was clean and spacious. It had a small kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave and small sink. It was clean and the housekeeping staff was very amicable and helpful. The bed was very comfortable! The hotel is about 1.5 miles away from Naples Beach and there are plenty of places in the area to shop for food and groceries within a 1 mile radius. There is a Starbucks within walking distance!

The glass shower door seems to have a faulty design. The water leeks through the gaps between the glass frame and the door, causing water to puddle on the outside. Also, the breakfast doesn't have many options, so you might want to eat somewhere else. Otherwise, I have nothing negative to say.

I liked so many things about this property. The location was perfect, they were very attentive to my requests before I arrived (to be on a higher floor away from the road), the staff was very friendly and accommodating and I loved that I could bring my pets with me without it being a hassle. The balcony was one of my favorite features - it was super large and very private. I had such an amazing view from my room … it was easy to spend most of my time outside taking in the beautiful surroundings.

The selection of breakfast items could have been much better. Even with reduced services or staff, it would not have been difficult to offer individual boxes of cereal and milk as an option. Or possibly even some individually wrapped pastries. Just something more than either a plain bagel or 2 boiled eggs in a bag (which my partner stated tasted “off” and was unable to eat them).

I loved my room as it was like a one-bedroom apartment, I stayed for about 3 weeks. It was very quiet, comfortable and welcoming. The staff was always helpful ... management, front desk, housekeeping and maintenance. They even have a garage in which you're able to park and go strait to the entrance.. this reassured me safety as I was a Solo traveler. I'm not sure if it's just Naples Florida but everybody there was very laid back and very nice.

we were pleasantly surprised by how nice it was. we were told in advance there would be construction done in the lobby but it wasn’t a problem at all (we stayed over the weekend and there was no work done). staff very nice and helpful, room was spacious, great and comfortable. lovely bathroom. everything clean. easy parking and nice location.

the breakfast wasn’t very exciting. there was no glasses or cups in the room.
