Residence Inn by Marriott Amelia Island

The rooms were spacious fully equipped and has a kitchen with full size refrigerator microwave dishwasher and small stove top. My husband likes big patio with tables with umbrellas and grills, pool, hot tubs, outdoor games cornhole, putting green connect four. There is also a puzzle and computers near the dining area. The breakfast staff are adorable and very friendly. We love to chat with them every morning. Breakfast is always very good. I’m a fan of the oatmeal and grit’s already prepared for you and not in those little instant packs. I also like all the toppings available.

Not really. Maybe a sign at the road indicating which drive to enter for check in but 10 out of 10 on every aspect. Service and hospitality is a 12/10 for me. Maybe a little bonus for each department when they are specifically mentioned in a review:). Just a little something something to let them know they are appreciated!

We liked the spacious of the rooms. The setup and design was well thought out and planned with the ability to close off the bedroom area for sleeping if you had a family member staying up to watch TV. We also had 2 TVs in our suites Sound proof rooms is true. We did not hear anything from the rooms next door—-I thought that it was contrived but I was surprised by how much noise we hear in other hotels that we don’t hear in this one. It doesn’t block 100% as I sometimes heard some hallway noise but I didn’t hear anything coming from the rooms beside us.

Our suite had everything you would want: a well-supplied kitchen, large living area, and super comfortable King-sized bed. We brought our 12-year kitty along and the room was perfectly located for us to easily get her and her pet kennel in and out of our suite. Their buffet breakfast was delicious, too. I highly recommend this Inn!

The only (minor) negative thing I would say is there was a puddle of water on the top shelf of the refrigerator which I didn't at first notice, so some of the items I put in there got wet.

all of the staff was very nice except the kitchen staff on Sunday morning me and my daughter arrived at the breakfast area a few minutes early an the lady who was setting up the food screamed at me and my daughter that they were not ready to serve us the entire Situation could have been handled differently it’s very evident this lady hates her job and has no business working with the public

The staff was amazing, we were celebrating our 8th anniversary and I called days before to let them know that. The room was decorated and a bottle of proseco was there(I know that I paid for it but was better than what I was expecting), Robin The front desk lady was super sweet, the hotel is ready to make sure that we have a great time in Fernandina. Thanks y'all for everything. All staff are awesome, the staff from breakfast too they are ready to service u. I am so grateful for you guys.

The breakfast was excellent. Good variety and choices. Would have preferred more fruit. Staff was very responsive and friendly. Pet friendly but thought the $125 fee was a little high for 3 nights. I would highly recommend this a place to stay.

Would have preferred more fruit at breakfast. Also booking my stay was difficult. A range of prices quoted by talking to various representatives and website.

Great location and staff was amazing

ac have some sort of motion sensor that if you are sleeping and not moving the ac will go off and make your night a VERY HOT ONE.

the location was great, close to the beach. the staff was very friendly, always helping. they also offer a transfer for other locations in the island. great breakfast.

It was inviting and clean and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Beautiful hotel. I hope to be back again soon. I highly recommend this hotel. There's nothing bad to report.

I love the small suites. Almost like your own personal apartment away from home.

My shower wasn’t cleaned well. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.
