The breakfast was good and different hot items were offered each day. The bar attached to the hotel was nice and there was live music one night. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

It wasn't clear if housekeeping would service the rooms and on what type of a schedule. My room was not serviced during my stay. This wasn't a problem, but this should be published somewhere. There was no light in the back of the room which made it a bit dark.

Breakfast wonderful. I love the waffle maker. All eggs/meat fresh cooked. Room and serving area very clean and many choices. Close to 40 highway but still quiet and very scenic with trees. Staff all very nice. Left a nice tip for housekeeping.

All was perfect, except.... The quality of the toilet paper was pitiful. I had to use tucks wipes to do the job. The paper shreaded and fell apart. For reference, I use Cottonelle at home, but even Charmin, Northern, and the other one don't shread like this paper did. Thanks for listening.

location price the staff I dealt with upon checking in was outstanding she was patient with me and helped me with my reservation because it had not shown up on her computer she was very friendly showed us how to get to our room. Told us everything the hotel offered that was included with out stay at no extra cost

I ask rooms close they wher I guess one on top one on often I had ask close and not far towalk they put two of us in one building and other building forty rooms apart also rooms not ready both time we stayed had to wait three hours went to sleep on lobby couch they said new gril but they had room ready she didn’t even check tell I went back to desk for fourth time

we liked our roomy suite

We were on the second floor and the building does not have an elevator( we took extra kitchen items and food) so should state on their website so that older people know to request the ground floor. Lot of carrying suitcases etc up the stairs.

The staff. There was one woman in charge of breakfast, who was especially helpful, with getting a station on the television, figuring out a technical issue with one of the workout machines, and just generally very helpful and kind. I'm sorry that I didn't catch her name, but she was working on Thursday morning, April 7th.

I booked SureStay because it had a pool and a pool table. The pool was out of order and the pool table was not available, so that was a disappointment.

Everything! The rooms were spacious, clean, and had everything you’d need and more. The staff was extremely nice. It was all in all wonderful!

The coffee machine in the hotel room halfway worked and the coffee didn’t taste good but that’s all hotels.

Average/ Could have a better selection of cold cereal (ore healthy) and the hot cereal was terrible/ stuck to hot bowl and not cooked and extremely dry.

Mattress was terrible. Felt like I was sleeping on jello. NEED A MORE FIRM MATTRESS

King Bed very comfy. Free Breakfast was very good and the attendant was super nice and helpful>

getting older second floor carrying up cooler and luggage up the stairs. Price for room reasonable just didn't like the extra taxes

Easy to find.

Booking.com reservation was not found in reservation log. When attempting to contact Booking.com to find out what was wrong and that was a waste of time. Will never use Booking.com again. Service was nonexistent.
