Did not eat breakfast but the location was perfect love how close it was to all the shopping places and eateries and really close to the beach

Everything about our stay was fantastic! From the location, to the front desk ladies (especially Samantha!) to the room to the awesome breakfast choices (by Trey!), there was nothing better we could ask for! The full-size bottles of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and lotion that smelled amazing were an added bonus! You cannot go wrong staying at this property, and we will definitely be back!

Ease of check in and the guys friendliness. THe continental breakfast was good but would have ben nice to have a healthier options. Bed and pillows were comfortable.

We were in town for Pensecon when choosing a hotel we chose this one for the closeness of where we'd spend most of our days and availibility to go back and forth but due to a bridge outage since last September we had to travel an aditional 40 mins to get to the Pensecola center we owuld have been better prepared if this info had been disclosed when booking or even just researching the hotel. Also our shower had mold in it. And then not having daily room service was frustrating especailly when sign in bathroom says to leave towels on floor adn they will be replaced and no house keeping so no new towels when we came back from a long day. Curtains don't close so sun shines right in the window at 6 am!

The check in and check out was fast and easy to wsit time we booked 2 standard king rooms and were upgraded to suites amazing rooms were clean ac 👌 the pool clean breakfast 👌parking and locatin overall 100% satisfied payed 450 for 2 nights it was the average price around and was worth it we traveled from houston for the Easter weekend

It was a very comfortable stay. No servicing during my visit, but if I needed anything I could ask the front desk who were always ready to give out fresh towels and more soap. I loved having a mini fridge and microwave; I saved money on eating out by having a place for leftovers and groceries. I had plenty of space to stow my stuff and I had a view first of the parking lot so I could see my car and, off in the distance, a small glimpse of the bay.

For the majority of my stay the room was very noisy. Sounded machine-like, or possibly a water heater sound. The noise was near the bed so it was sometimes hard to sleep. Overall the sound wasn't too unbearable, especially if I turned off the AC unit (less sound in the room).

I absolutely loved the free breakfast & the selection of herbal teas offered. We traveled for basketball camp & I felt really safe with the children.

The soft drinks are a little expensive but that’s about it.

The beds were one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept on in a hotel in at least the last 10 years !my daughter and I stayed 3 nights for a girls trip and we had a great time . Hotel was awesome!

Better than normal breakfast… Fresh redskin potatos, excellent sausage, nice bacon. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Breakfast was great . We were on evacuation from New Orleans, staff were pleasant, commendations were great, I thought the price was high because I had to pay additional charge every night for the dog.

Breakfast amazing and breakfast staff couldn't do enough to please! Lobby staff again amazing and very accommodating.

Room/housekeeping service could have been better. For example when we asked for towels and coffee it would have been nice to have trash emptied and coffee supplies also replenished. Stayed 4 days.
