Rooms were clean and seemed newly renovated. Nice and well kept pool area. Little private beach with adirondack chairs, a fire pit and a grill. Dog friendly, and I mean, really dog friendly. They were allowed at the pool, at the little beach area, even in the breakfast area. Huge plus. Great location, walking distance to beach, restaurants and shops. Free kayak, paddle board and bike rentals. Grear breakfast. Inviting lobby and breakfast area.

No towels in the room. You have to request them at the reception.

Convenient location & walking distance to Pensacola beach, restaurants & shops. Private bay area has paddle boards & kayaks but we never tried them this trip. Beautiful sunsets in pool & bay area. Love the Adirondack chairs at pool & bay area. Pool opens at 9-10 pm. They have fire pit, nice outdoor chairs & tables. Music played outdoors & had outdoor Shower as well. The bikes were convenient to access the local shops. They provided us a lock to lock up bikes if we wanted to go in the shops. You get the bikes for an hour but no problem if you go over that hour. Traffic in & out of property is busy in the afternoons. I never saw the free trolleys but heard they have them & have a schedule online. Atmosphere was pleasant and had quiet nights. They had convenient luggage carts & elevators.

Nothing negative to say. Trash carts in front of elevator /breezeway are weird but didn’t smell thank God!

First I would like to say to other people who complain about the sand in the room, if you stay anywhere near the beach your going to get sand in your room. You cannot keep it out. My room was beautiful! I’m sure it was recently updated. The man who checked me in was very nice and I was in my room quickly. The daytime man who runs back and forth taking care of the property and pool is very hard working but always has time to speak. (He’s the one who wears black socks) I’m one who isn’t needy so I had no need for housekeeping. They tell you at checkin that they won’t be coming in your room.

Having to pay $16 plus dollars to park every single day I was there.

Staff was super friendly and efficient. Easy access to beach and restaurants.

Booking.com is a joke. I was charged over $16 per day for parking thru booking, but motel only charges $9.50. I was misled re availabilty of rooms and charged a much higher price than what motel was charging other guests due to supposed 'low availability'. Speaking with other guests, their room rates were considerably less than what I was charged and went thru other 3rd party companies or directly with motel.

Location and price were incredible, the staff couldn’t have been nicer!! They even gave us recommendations for a night out which we had a fantastic time at and made new friends. The additional facilities they offer such as kayak and bike - for free - are absolutely amazing!! The place was spotless and I would definitely be returning!! Couldn’t recommend enough.

Unfortunately some of the reviews on here had me worry about my stay however, the reviews I read couldn’t have been more wrong, in my opinion.

Pleasant decor, good location, great amenities including the paddle boards, kayaks and bicycles. Staff was very friendly.

Room could have used some upkeep, refrigerator had water leaking from the inside bottom (apparently defrosting) the whole time we were there. Some sort of filter above the refrigerator was full of dust, maintenance guy didn’t know what it was so didn’t really recognize it as an issue. Toilet seat needed a screw so it wouldn’t slide sideways, we asked for a screw and fixed it ourselves and cleaned the filthy filter in the “unknown” box on the wall. Otherwise we were comfortable and enjoyed the proximity to the beach and restaurants.

Loved the location right on the bay and across the street from the beach. Easy walk to all the shops, boardwalk, and restaurants. The staff was all amazing and all worked their butts off. Very friendly and welcoming. Loved the cute pool area with fire pit, corn hole boards and games. Loved having free coffee, water and ice at any time. Very convenient. My daughters and I took the kayaks and paddle boards out in the bay multiple times. Very nice to have access to those for free. Liked that it was only a 4 story building and had an elevator. You can tell they have recently renovated most everything. Very good place for the price. And extra special with the staff. Thanks! 🙂

The stairwells need to be redone next, as that is a first impression when coming in. Paint chipping off everywhere, but other than that the renovations are great! Our room was clean, except for the floors (feet were black after walking on them) and the lamps were really dusty. I always take Lysol wipes and wipe everything down though.

The location was great. The staff were very helpful and the lady that did the breakfast was very nice and helpful during our stay. The hotel provided a cookout for the 4th with hotdogs and hamburgers and that was very nice. Overall the stay was good. I would book again this is the 3rd time I've stayed because we like the privacy of the beach and the complimentary breakfast was decent. There were plenty of kayaks and bikes for the guest to use and the pool area was clean with plenty of seating. There was also chairs and seating areas on the beach.

The buggy with food and trash left near the elevators that had started collecting flys. I think the laundry room should not be in such a central location where the guests have to walk past and see tons of dirty sheets and towels everyday.

The location was fabulous, close to everything. Our family enjoyed the private beach, kayaks and paddle boards. It was a nice outlet when the beach itself started getting packed. Breakfast was also a nice touch and the lady serving breakfast was like no other. She was always welcoming and ready to ensure everyone was happy.

The location of the hotel does make it a challenge to keep floors clean. There is sand every where you walk which gets tracked in. My one recommendation would be to put a broom in each room. This way if guest would like they can at least sweep the sand up which will also help keep it off the beds. Housekeeping doesn't service your rooms on a daily basis which for us was fine but it would be nice to have an option if you'd like it to be. In our case being there for several days we started running out of things.

Staff were extremely nice and accommodating. We arrived to Florida several hours before check in and were given access to all the amenities of the hotel. Bicycles, paddle boards, the pool, and parking. The lady who runs the breakfast is on top of it and so very good. The room was very clean and comfortable. Located across from the pier. They have a golf cart to take you around that operates on tips. So nice to not have to get everyone in the car with all the sand every time you want to run somewhere. Also in the evening there is a nice sitting area with fire pit perfect for relaxing after a full day of the beach. They also have drinks, adult drinks, snacks, shirts, and pool items available for purchase at the front desk.
