The hotel was great. I will definitely stay here again. The only issue we had was the air-conditioning, quit working in the middle of the night, and we had to move to another room. We would have appreciated being compensated more, but they just gave us two free breakfasts which I thought was kind of cheap. Other than that it was a good experience.

A microwave in the room would have been appreciated, instead of having to go down to the front desk and have them heat your items for you

Very nice place. Great staff too. But if you are a smoker of any sorts DO NOT STAY HERE! No vape, no cigars, no ciggs or any other ways of smoking on the entire property not even the pool bar, parking lot, beach etc. They will send you message via text that you will be evicted from property and charged you to clean room. Unfortunately, we left the hotel for cocktails and went to another hotel and spent all that extra money there instead. There were others at that same location doing the same thing for the same reason. Not always a smoker but like to when I have a few drinks. As nice as the location was, I will not stay there again and book down the beach where we enjoyed our time more. But if you hate smoking of any sort... this is for sure the place for you.

My experience from arrival until departure was exceptional. I was so thoroughly impressed with the level of service that I received during my visit. The facilities were very well-maintained and the staff was very attentive, courteous and professional.

Our room was not cleaned while we were there and I didn’t request that but I think we were overlooked somehow. Also I think that more information about the next-door bar would have been helpful. We did not know about that until the day we were leaving which was St. Patrick’s Day. I may have extended my stay had I known that events like that were going to take place over there.

on site food quality-prices. Food was just OK, nothing special, was not edible 1 night-Rest. mgr resolved. Pricey for product. (with exception of fried green tomatos-delish!) Wait staff very nice and accomodating. Comp Pina Coladas-awful. More dining options would be great-grab and go, Continental breakfast, better quality for $, etc.

Love everything about the property. The only thing we had a problem with was the waiter. We eat there only one time and went else where because it took the waiter way to long to come and greet us, to bring back our drinks, to bring maple syrup back to the table. Never did get our refill on drinks. We ask several time but had to get another waiter to bring them. The pool needed to be cleaned out. Bugs, leaves everywhere so we just got out.

The price, pool, and the waiter. The fact that you put the tip on makes the waiter not care because they know they will be tipped no matter what. I total understand that some people don’t tip but we tip good for a good waiter. Need to get some good waiters. Bugs, leaves and all kinds of these in the pool. Couldn’t swim because of it.

The hotel and view of the ocean were beautiful. Our room was very nice and spacious. I enjoyed the yoga class. The concierge was very helpful.

We did not get into our room on the first day until 4:30 p.m. We only received cleaning service for our room once during our 4 day stay and I had to go to front desk to ask about someone coming in to clean. Front desk was not exactly helpful. They could not tell me when it would be cleaned. I thought there would be more activities to participate in on Friday and Saturday.

The view was amazing ! Beautiful and right on the beach. The resort was very beautiful and immaculately clean. All the staff was super friendly and very accommodating. Our room and bathroom was spacious and very comfortable.

Their onsite restaurant. The food seemed very overpriced and that would have been okay but what we had was not good at all. And that was really disappointing so we only ate there one time.

Parking garage is tight for F150. Restaurant menu is severely lacking in lunch and dinner choices. I couldn't eat breakfast for two without shelling out 40 dollars. Kitchen staff did not have chef to cook my fresh caught fish. At $480 a night I would not expect to have to go out to eat and stand in line for an hour. Fix it then will be back. Finally, I was e-mailed from your staff that I would receive a $100 dollar credit toward dinning for the out of service pool was not applied to my bill.

this was our 3rd time here and we were here during the change over from Margaritaville Beach Resort. love the beach is out the back door and the bar & grill next door. Sat by the fire pit as much as possible. Trolley is very handy to go downtown or to Ft Pickens

like everything else, some things are so expensive but we don’t knock that much. would be nice if the chairs and umbrellas were free for the guests or a discount if not able to bring them

It was the most beautiful property inside and out! A gorgeous view from our huge balcony. The beds were so comfortable and the room was very nice. The walk in shower was amazing! The lobby had many lovely little areas to hang out in and enjoy stunning ocean views. There were games and books located in the lobby for guests also. They had daily activities scheduled. We loved the margarita tasting. And the gift shop had cute T-shirts and many fun souvenirs. I am already planning to return in the spring!
