Everything was beyond my expectations. The staff was extremely nice. The ladies at the tiki bar, are awesome! The beachfront view🥰.

Nothing negative to say

The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The staff could have been more friendly. I fell upon arriving at the hotel going up the steps to enter to check in. The staff gave me a bag of ice but my leg was slightly bruised and hurting, my arm hurt also. The hotel was great except for the fact I fell. The hotel is beachfront a short walk to the beach. The breakfast is okay could be better. They did keep plenty of towels for the room also at the pool area.

Breakfast was good, nothing special.

Housekeeping was scheduled every other day. I think that for the price of the room we should have got fresh sheets every other day. The second time that housekeeping was scheduled, we were in the room. They said they’d come back later, but never did. They hung a plastic bag on the outside doorknob with clean towels, but didn’t come in to sweep the floor or make the bed. Housekeeping could have been better. Also, they only left enough coffee for one cup in the morning. We had to keep going to the front desk to ask for more coffee packets.

One of my favorite vacation hotel rooms, plenty of room and beautiful view from the balcony (during the 2 days it was not cloudy or rainy)! Within walking distance to several restaurants and to a great spa, and decent sized beach as well.

It was very windy, rainy, and cloudy the majority of the time we were there (nothing the hotel could do about that 🙂) and it was pricey, but seems like any decent place you go is anymore.

The property itself was great but the added charges after we left the property was seemingly deceitful. We received an email of the final charges which was what we expected but more was taken out of our account for drinks that we never purchased.Our email of what we were suppose to pay never included charges for drinks so we feel that someone was trying to benefit dishonestly.We were informed of this after we returned home and we called the hotel to inquire about it.Transparency up front would be appreciated.

The breakfast was amazing. I loved it! The staff was amazing wonderful my birthday was in April, but didn’t come to celebrate until May. They gave me a birthday cake. That was an amazing surprise. Thank you so much Springhill suites for making my birthday, the best trip ever!

The only thing I didn’t like iwas I didn’t get to stay longer, but I will definitely be returning sometime in the future!

Our stay was fantastic The room was clean, spacious and well kept. The hotel is located on a beautiful beach and also has a swimming pool. The breakfast was also very good and the staff very friendly.

The only thing that was a bit difficult for us was the check in as there was no one at the reception and we had to go and look for them. And then in the room there were only 2 towels when it was a room for 4.

Our stay was exceptionally great!!! Best hotel/Suite we stayed in. Staff helping me over the phone Elsie with questions before my stay, staff check in, room, staff Dana at tiki bar, overall everyone was so friendly and nice. We enjoyed our view from our room facing pool, Gulf of Mexico, hot tub, beach beautiful white sands. We will be back. Thinking of make this a yearly family trip. The best 50th birthday. Everything is on the island …

Nothing we did not like

I know everyone is complaining about the breakfast but we actually enjoyed the breakfast. The rooms were very clean, the whole hotel smelled lovely. Overall, it was a good experience!

The only issue we had, is we got housekeeping on the wrong day. You are supposed to get housekeeping every other day of your visit, they missed a day for us, we called the front desk and they got it taken care of though.

Room cleaning was only the other day and unfortunately late the day. In this combination is a prober cleaning for a family nearly impossible. For this money and a great hotel like this really sad
