The property is very clean, the beds are comfortable, the pool area is very nice, and breakfast was wonderful. The location is just a short drive to Pensacola beach. It’s also walking distance to a Walmart Market, and a few chain restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. My daughter has a special stuffed bear, a blanket , and pillow from home that she left on her bed when we left for the day. When we came back in the afternoon Brittany (our room cleaner) had folded her blanket and placed her pillow and bear at the head of the bed in a cute pose. I know that doesn’t seem like a big thing, but my daughter thought it was the coolest thing ever. She even left her a note at the end of the stay thanking her. We are very pleased with everything about our stay and will definitely book here again.

Smoke free! Friendly desk staff. Clean throughout. The pool area is very clean & comfortable. A covered area or patio umbrella would've been nice as the sun is really strong. Keureg in our suite didn't latch well, but it worked if I held the clamshell shut. Large lighted mirror in bathroom. The shower surround is marble. I enjoyed the adjustable shower massage head. Full size microwave, college size fridge. We had snacks from the goody room downstairs. Used the gym equipment while our swimsuits & towels tumbled in the guest dryer.

Other than adding an umbrella table by the pool, NOTHING! Loved our stay! We'll stay here longer next time!

Breakfast was awesome, there was so many options and the coffee was so good (not weak or watered down). The hotel was well kept and really clean.

The lady tending to the breakfast bar was not friendly. She told us not to get a cinnamon roll b/c they needed more time under the lamp, but when a different lady went to get one she told her that it was fine just to warm it up in the microwave. She didn’t give us that option, not a big deal but it was a bit impolite.

We loved the breakfast! The location to everything “Pensacola” was great. The staff was extremely friendly but not in a “we have to be” way. Any need we had was immediately met with a smile. This is the place we will be staying on our trip to Pensacola!!

I’m nitpicking here so take this with a grain of salt. The bathtub is quite small. I wish the property had a hot tub for the adults to lounge in while the kids swim. Honestly,other than that, I personally can’t think of anything else.

So impressed with the breakfast!!! That was GOLD! We have 3 small children and one is SUPER picky. There was a wide range of food/options. The food tasted homemade and so good! The breakfast was open until 9:30 which is amazing because I’m normally waking when breakfast is over. The hotel was clean and the employees went out of their way to say “good morning”. There is a self-serviced laundry mat. There is Walmart grocery and stores that are within walking distances. Starbucks!! Chick-fil-A. Tuesday Morning.

The biggest bummer and disappointment was the temperature of the pool. It was so cold and the kids couldn’t even tolerate it. It would such a huge asset to the hotel to have a pool warmer. I would have loved to be able to let the kids swim late.

Star greeted me promptly when I walked in. She was very friendly and made the check in process swiftly and easily. The room was very clean and smelled good. The water pressure and temperature was absolutely amazing. The ladies in the breakfast area were friendly and attentive. They talked to the guest and asked how the food was and if we needed anything else. The food was warm and the area was very clean. This is definitely worth the money to stay here. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room size is great, cleanliness top tier, and breakfast was great! The bed was super comfortable, almost felt like sleeping in a cloud! The location was a short drive to Pensacola. It was very quite for a tourist city!

The price could've been a little bit more reasonable! The amout we paid for two nights is crazy! The hotel may be short staffed, the only receptionist had to help out in the kitchen leaving the front desk unattended.

The location could not have been more perfect. It is just about two miles from the beach and all of the Gulf Breeze restaurants and water activities, but it is just far enough from the busier areas for those who appreciate some quiet. Places like Panera and Walmart are within walking distance as well as some great restaurants.( This hibachi place next door is excellent!) The free breakfast offers a nice variety of food. The egg white omelets are delicious! But the best part is that it runs until 10:00. Most places I have stayed ended it at 9:00. So it was nice to sleep in a little bit and still make it on time.

We love Holiday Inn Gulf Breeze, conveniently located between downton Pensacola and Pensacola beach, walking distance to walmart and Publix, very close to restaurants. Breafast is always fresh and delicious. Very and clean facility. Very friendly staff as well. If you want to save lots of money, stay here instead of the ones by the shore, beach is 3 mins away and spent your money for good food and fun family activities.

The breakfast was great! Staff was friendly but professional. I would stay at this location again.

I had gotten gift cards so I didn’t have to carry just cash. Checking out, would not accept my card, had to use the cash I had. It was a Visa card. I had no problems using the card at any other hotel or business. Plus my personal debt card was charged the 1st night stay, which I knew about, plus the other 2 nights, said charges would go away. Still have 1 charge pending on my personal account.
