The view and dock were absolutely perfect.

The website about the bar was a little misleading. Locals were all smoking at the bar and not really on the water or even water view.

We liked the location and the room was very modern and clean. Each room has a view of the pool. The pool was very warm and open until midnight, which was great. We had 2 excellent meals at Habanos, which is right in front of Caloosa Cove, and we liked that they have a convenience store on property.

We had to switch rooms our last day due to a staffing issue, which was a little annoying, but they made it pretty seamless. The kitchen faucet in the first room only trickled out so we just bought paper plates so we didnt have to wash dishes. Also, the bed in the first room was very hard and it had a window air conditioner that was very loud and kept turning on and off all night, so we did not sleep well. The 2nd room had a built in ac unit that just constantly ran and a more comfortable king bed, which made for much better sleep.

A lovely resort on the beach. It felt very away from the crowds. The kitchen was obviously new and had everything we needed for easy meals. Our initial room had an AC that was not working well. The staff accommodated by offering a different room or to replace the AC unit. We opted for the former and were able to move right away into a different room. We appreciated their prompt response and ability to accomodate. And some outside renovations were going on. They did not pose any inconvenience and demonstrated ongoing improvement of the property.

Office hours were not strictly kept by the staff. They were usually gone an hour earlier than the posted hours.

The pool was excellent when there was too much rotting sea grass at the beach. The full kitchen was really wonderful. The rooms were extremely clean. The location was excellent for exploring upper and lower Keys. The two restaurants onsite had different offerings and were very convenient.

I wish the desk hours were a bit longer or a bit shifted, though they did have accommodations for later check in. A one-hour check in window was a bit tight. It was also unfortunate that they were not open more into the evening, nor was the convenience store.

The room with a kitchen had almost everything we needed, and it was very clean. The pool and surrounding deck made for a great place to relax, and the view was superb. The on-site restaurant was the best place we ate at while we were on vacation, tried a good amount of different meals and all of them were great and reasonably priced.

It would have been nice to have a small clothes dryer in the room, for swim suits and towels. Maybe this was onsite, but a water fountain to fill up water bottles.

Location was great, room was comfy and clean, All the amenities were great. Plenty of parking area for unloading and loading luggage close the room. The view was fantastic from the balcony. Staff was nice and helpful.

I was surprised that for a short weekend stay, fresh towels were not included in the price? Not a big deal but maybe a heads up on this minor detail would be helpful.

The place was very nice! Rooms have ocean views and are very clean, spacious and comfortable. Check in was a breeze ladies in the front desk were very nice and welcoming and let us check in early. The pool and deck were great too and we also enjoyed the balcony. Overall a great stay and we will be visiting again.

The algae that gets pushed in by the wind makes the area a bit smelly at times. Also agree that there should be a bar at the pool but I think they may be working on that. And lastly a vending machine or somewhere to get coffee in the morning. They do have a full kitchen with a coffee maker but since we stayed one night didn’t really shop for groceries so that may have been my fault.

Location! I loved the proximity to the walking paths. Dinner at Hababas was delicious. A night cap at Safari was fun, with engaging bar conversations.

Our view was mostly parking lot/back of resturant. We would have preferred a water view. Disappointing that other Guests did not follow the pool side rules: reserved lounge chairs that weren’t being used, ate food on the deck and had glass (both glasses and champagne bottles).

Beautiful rooms and property. Quiet. Spacious. easy to find but not in the middle of all the hustle and bustle.

the ONLY thing I didn’t love was that there weren’t many restaurants within walking distance, but that wouldn’t deter me from staying there again.

The quality and size of the accommodation. Great view from the balcony. Very quiet and peaceful.

We were amazed to find the office closed when we arrived (about 6.30pm). This seemed at first a huge problem, and it was only thanks to a resident who took pity on us, and sorted out how we could access our room key, that we were able to stay. This lady was a star. (She told us she used to be a part owner of the complex.) I know that we had been given a certain window of arrival time, and I believe a text was sent to us, but our unfailing experience from the past was that Reception at all resorts is staffed until late in the evening. Thus, we never thought for a moment that this resort would be different. It is a total revelation to us that this can happen, and caused us some distress.
