Friendly staff, clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed and pillows and a lot of amenities… Nice coffee selection in the room, microwave, full size hand soap, lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Close to Mayo Clinic and decent price for value. I did not get to try the breakfast, but maybe next time. I will return for my next Mayo appointment.

Only complaint is I couldn’t get one side of the closet door open to reach the iron and ironing board, but hubby was able to reach them.

I do not eat breakfast, but my husband said the food was good and so were the selections. Place was very clean and well maintained. I absolutely loved the keurig coffee maker in our room as I am very picky about my coffee. Having the Publix so close by was awesome too. Beds were perfectly comfortable.

Bathroom size a bit small with inadequate lighting, Bathroom door too close to commode. Very challenging for a husband and wife to share as the layout of the bathroom was not well planned.

The location is great. I've stayed at a couple other properties in the area. I prefer this one because it's in a slightly less busy area, close to the Publix shopping plaza and dining options that I enjoy.

The breakfast wasn't stocked up very well at 8:30am with an hour left until it closed. It's been better on past visits. I was looking forward to a signature sticky bun and they were all gone. The eggs were empty, I got the last piece of sausage and the pancake machine wasn't working.

It was extremely convenient to get over the Mayo Clinic. The facility was clean, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. I did not eat breakfast there - so could not rate it. There was also a good selection of places to eat close to the hotel.

The room seemed a little "dated" and just needed some TLC to make it look better.

Great location in a safe area. Comfy pillows. Great AC. Shuttle to Mayo clinic is fantastic.

Breakfast was terrible. Pool is useless, wayyyy smaller than it looks online.

The staff was beyond exceptional! The room was perfect in every way! The shuttle bus to Mayo Clinic was an unexpected surprise (not advertised on booking.com) and so very convenient! We will definitely be staying every time we have to go back to the Mayo Clinic!!!!!

Everything was perfect! All our needs were anticipated and filled!

I would like to thank the Reception employee she was very welcoming and helpful and she has a wonderful spirit she was well prepared it did not took me a long time to wait many thanks to her also the location was very close to Mayo Clinic

The air conditioning is noisy

The location was great, I enjoyed being so close to the Publix. I liked that the area was a little quieter than the Beach Boulevard area that I typically stay in for treatment at Mayo Clinic. I did have to switch rooms because of a broken A/C unit. Not a huge deal, the girl at the desk was able to move me to a different room right away. I slept fantastic!

Everything from the front desk to the cleaning staff are great! The room is exceptionally clean, breakfast was hot. I cannot say enough about how good this hotel is. Nick at the front desk always has a warm smile and very helpful.

I just wish there were scrambled eggs on the breakfast.

Booking.Com charged me much more than the hotel would have charged if I had booked directly. Extremely disappointed with Booking.com, I expected your prices to really be below that the hotel would change anyone of any age. Lack of principles.
