We chose this hotel because of its excellent ratings and we were not disappointed. It is very clean and obviously well maintained. The room was neat and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was immaculate. Breakfast was very good and the coffee was by far the best we have experienced in this price range. The location is near I295 and many restaurants and stores.

More water pressure for the shower.

The location was great, and we were very impressed with how clean and modern it was. The shower was amazing, and the room was wonderful. I especially liked the sliding door between the bedroom space, and the bathroom area. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating. I was in town for surgery, and needed somewhere to stay until my post op appointment, so we were there for a total of three days. The suite had plenty of room, and the walk in shower made showing very easy and convenient. We will definitely be staying here again if we make another trip to Jacksonville.

Honestly, there wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property.

The hotel was located right off of 95/295. it was very close to tons of shopping and dining. The breakfast was great and had more than enough choices. Even though we were right by the elevators and forgot our sound machine, it was super quiet. rooms were nicely appointed and SPOTLESS! The beds and sheets were dreamy- bed firm but not too firm and sheets were soft and clean. Staff very friendly and efficient. We’ve saved this location as a favorite and will 100% be back.

Absolutely nothing!

Roadtrip stay on our drive from South Florida back to Atlanta. The hotel was easy to find. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The bed was super comfortable. I also like how there is a barndoor in the room that separates the room from the atrium/ bathroom - this cutsdown on any hallway noise. Nice feature. The hotel is super close to Town Center and right across from the Top Golf. Would definitely stay here again if in town

All staff members that we interacted with were incredibly friendly. The breakfast and coffee were fabulous! The photos of the property are true to scale.

This location was not close to the beach. The only remotely negative thing that I observed about the room in which we stayed is the ventilation in the bathroom. It seems that there is no ventilation in the bathroom. So, if you wanted to put on makeup or fix your hair after you get out of the shower - you might need to wait. Other than that - it was AMAZING!!!!!! We will be back!

I like the fact that the location was very accessible to all the shopping locations and fun activities that my kids enjoyed. I would definitely stay again.

The only thing I didn't like was a lot if times when I had to go to the front desk for whatever reason I always had to wait a few minutes before someone realize I was standing there waiting. The breakfast was good but I think they should have a little more variety of food.

Very modern and clean

Only thing that could help. We were not able to use the streaming service for tv because we were unsure on how it worked. But over all we will be back . Very nice !

The breakfast was great. Location is perfect for plenty of activities, it's our third or fourth time staying here.

Hallways were warm when we arrived as well as the room. Turning down the thermostat solved the room being warm. Toilet wouldn't flush first time being used, I fixed a stuck flapper valve. Really didn't take away from the visit.

The cleanliness was amazing since Covid. I've had several hotel stays, but the service is lacking and not clean, dirty carpets, bathrooms not.clean etc.
