Homewood Suites by Hilton Jacksonville-South/St. Johns Ctr.

The accomodations were excellent. The hotel is quiet, clean, and in the desirable St. Johns Town Center. This is the ONLY hotel that my family and I will stay at when we are in town for my mother's doctors appointments.

I was overcharged for my stay. When I spoke nicely with the attendant, Andre'?? about it during check-in, he was rude, defensive, condescending, and argumentative for no apparent reason. We all make mistakes, but it appeared as if my pointing out his error, he felt that I was making a personal attack on him. He was NOT professional at all. After my family's stay, the manager promptly corrected the error, without delay, in a kind, courteous, and professional manner .

I loved how all the staff was so helpful. It took 2 hours for us to check in dealing with something on my card, the first desk clerks were so nice, was so helpful and patient.

Only thing is after all the time it took to get checked in when we got to our room we noticed that it was a queen size bed and I know we paid for the King suite. With it being so late my husband said something the next day and because we was leaving the next day so there was no need to change rooms but they did accommodate with the price difference.... There's really nothing I can say bad about this wonderful hotel... Whenever we come back to Jacksonville you guys are our new home..

Staff was very friendly. Rooms were great. Great breakfast. Terrific fresh fruit every morning. Husband loved the meats and eggs. Nice variety of foods at breakfast. They are redoing all the rooms. We were in the older rooms, which were great. Looking forward to seeing the new rooms.

Very busy location. Great for those wanting to shop and eat out. Unfortunately we found a less traffic way out on our last day.

Breakfast was great, rooms were great, location was great. We enjoyed out stay very much with our daughter and grandchildren for Christmas get together. There was plenty of room for us all in the 2 rooms

the morning of checkout, we went down to eat breakfast and had put the "do not disturb" sign on our door and when we returned to the room, the housekeeping had went in our room, cleaned our room, and threw away everything that was in our refrigerator that we were bringing home. We were very upset. We had unopened 12 packs of beer, sodas, and water

Breakfast was great, reception was great also. Unfortunately it was too cold for the pool however in amy event the stay was pleasant and would stay again.

My room wasn't ready. I booked it the same day but when we arrived around 5-530 the room was not made available until after 6pm. The staff was helpful but the wait was a bit much fortunately i was too tired to even make a fuss about i just wanted my room.

The first floor was under construction and we didn't even have the stairs available for use. construction went on till 11:15 pm on a Sunday till I finally called to say when it would end so I can get some sleep? they stopped shortly afterwards. I was on the 2nd floor and could hear all the sounds of construction.

Bryan was SUPER helpful & very friendly. Always had a smile on. Joey, Maintenance was very friendly everything you'd see him. Manager, was nice, all staff were ok.

My ice maker was broken, water line was clogged and had to reconnect loose hose. Shower diverted doesn't pull up all the way. Joey maintains man, fixed ice maker line asap. Room wasn't clean, it " looked Clean" until you were lo look closer. Hairs in tub, window seal. Corners of bathroom floors need scrubbed. Couldn't use pool due to too many people! Breakfast needs more seasonings and not powdered/ liquid eggs. Elevator doors and walls never looked or smelled clean! Hand sanitizers were either always empty or didn't work.

Booked the room on booking.com. When we arrived at the hotel they said they didn’t have any rooms. We paid for the 2 rooms fully on booking.com. They would not give us a room until I said you will have to put us up in another hotel with charge to the Hilton if your overbooked. Then all of a sudden without her even looking at her computer screen she said I got one room available. So stuffed my family in one room, which I paid for two. They never offered refund for the one room we did not get. Had to call booking.com for them to try to get a refund for the one room for one night and still has not been resolved. The hotel was nice but it’s front desk is just not up to par. Not to mention as I am leaving another guest was complaining about the same exact thing.

We love the location and the staff.

Things seemed to be in poor condition. The door to our bathroom did not close. The toilet seat was not connected properly. There was no hair dryer in our room. We did let them know about all of these items but nothing was done to fix them.

the staff was excellent, very helpful and accommodating. The bed was very comfortable and roomie. Breakfast was convenient due to the time we had to get our day going. Great spot for the event we had planned at Maggiano's Little Italy

The bathroom being in the bedroom when there are more than two people sharing the room. The price was a little high for the time we spent in the room. The design of having the table so close to the door
