The location is SUPERB! Everything is there. This area of Jacksonville reminded me of Plantation, FL off Hiatus Rd and Sawgrass Mills are in Surnrise, FL. Dining and shopping are abundant. The hotel was welcoming, smiling, and courteous. Parking was ample but tight. The room was clean. Bathroom very clean and modern. Good channel lineup; nice LG TV in room. Breakfast was decent. They had the best yogurt with dried blueberries and granola. 😋 Best of all, they have Lavazza Brand coffee! That was amazing because Lavazza is my favorite coffee. The hotel is quiet; no neighboring room sounds or noise. There is plenty of seating space in the lobby. Fast elevators (2)

The room was very modern and minimal like. I suppose the newer and newest hotel chains are doing this. So, not much of a "don't like", nit just a surprise. The bed platform that holds the bed is dangerous. I hit my ankle and back of my legs a few times, getting out of bed. The bed was very hard and for me, I didn't sleep well. I also did not like the feather pillows; it was far too soft and flat. The ait conditoner was not getting as cold as i wanted it to get. Lastly, there is no microwave.

One of the best breakfasts I've ever had at a hotel that didn't cost extra! The options were great and there were plenty of seats and tables in the lobby. Loved the pool table with tv's in the lobby and all the snack and drink options you could purchase at the front desk. Loved the walk in shower and hardwood floors. All of the staff were super friendly. Several restaurants within walking distance.

The room was quite small. Not much room around the bed at all. The bed and pillows were a little too soft, and I didn't even think that was possible. The walls seemed thin especially for outside noise. No microwave or coffee maker in the room was strange

The location is fabulous and mostly because of the convenience to anything we needed while there for work with my family. The staff overall was fabulous and very helpful.

The parking was slightly annoying on the weekends, the company over the weekends was overall ok but you have a few repeat visitors that appeared up to no good in the neighborhood. (Staying in the car all night long with the car running and what looked like drug deals, the 2 call girls) Everyone else was just fine.

Love the location. Close to stores and restaurants. Love the breakfast, sweets coffee and tea.

Most staff were great. Unfortunately the lady serving breakfast was very rude. I was kind and always treat ppl above and beyond especially your hard working employees but I didn’t expect her to be so unkind.

the facilities were new, well made with modern materials and finishes. The site reminded me of a modern apartment building with a theme aimed at GenZ and millennials. The ppol table and fooseball table were nice distractions. Morning hot breakfast was typical fare for a hotel.

The walls of the motel seemed to be rather thin and I could hear the FSU kids partying and singing all night long. This place did remind me of a dorm.

Very relaxing, positive vibes, and amazing staff. Beds are super comfortable and toiletries are plentiful and smelled so good! Location is A++++!! Endless shops and restaurants within walking distance. UNF is 5 minutes away, Mayo Clinic is 10 min away, beaches are 15 min away.

We liked everything, but some rooms are too small for my wheelchair to maneuver around the room (the staff was extremely helpful in getting us into a room that worked:)

This new brand by Hilton has an interesting approach to a well established model. The use of new, easy to clean materials, and maximizing the available square feet of space available is a win.

Despite the attempts to upgrade the concept, some efforts came across as spartan and institutional. Not unlike a modern dormitory. A few additional, yet simple creature comforts like a nightlight, a fan, and a few garment hooks would go a long way. Additionally, the breakfast effort was not up to par compared to the competition. If particular the swift wrap up of the options available, even before 9:00am.

A very modern decor with a clean feeling. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location near the St. John’s Mall and lots of restaurants.

Breakfast was good, but like limited choices. There were no muffins and non-sugar cereals were lacking.

This is a pet friendly hotel. They do charge $35. extra for a pet. A pet fee is not unusual these days, but that fee seems excessive. I think Hilton should reconsider the pet fee.

I liked that there was not carpeting in the rooms. Their pets are allowed so the washer flooring is wonderful. The one thing I didn’t like was the base of the bed. The staff was very pleasant.
