This hotel really exceeded my expectations. The price was great, everything was clean and the room size was amazing. The pool and deck area overlooking the lake was so nice! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I will definitely come back to this location again anytime I am in Jax.

The breakfast choices were amazing, however all of the hot items were pretty cold. The oatmeal and the coffee were the only things that were hot. They had fresh fruit but they mixed in some brown pineapple with the beautiful fresh pineapple...have to know when to let it go.

The breakfast was more than a basic breakfast for being complimentary. There was ample seating and very clean, you did not feel rushed. They had a nice deck at the back of the hotel looking out over a lake with multiple seating areas- again you did not feel rushed or crowded, I was able to visit with family, make calls, read a book and have a glass of wine while the sun went down. The deck was nicely lit after sundown. If you plan to shop at St John’s center, it is in walking distance- so many stores and restaurants to pick from.

The room was updated, spacious, and clean. Bonus points for the bathroom! The staff was friendly and the common areas were nice. The outside space near the lake and pool was really nice and relaxing. My kids loved the breakfast in the morning! The surrounding area has an amazing outdoor shopping center with a ton of great restaurants within walking distance from the hotel.

The only thing that was just ok was the pool itself, but it’s not a resort like where we just came from in Florida, so it’s probably a normal hotel pool. The pictures online made it look a little nicer.

The room was emasculate and the beds were super comfy. I requested Xtra pillows and received them 10 minutes after checking in. Staff was great and assisted with every need and request in a prompt and professional manner.

NO microwave in room for heating water; NO complimentary coffee in the lobby. I'm a coffee lover, so this is really a non-negotiable for me

Hyatt Places are always great quality, clean and very pleasant. This is why I always try to stay if possible. This one was no exception. Location was great. Many food options nearby. Has a back patio overlooking a lake that’s great for enjoying coffee in the morning or a drink at night. Definitely would stay here again.

Beds were extremely soft. not a complaint for most but I have a bad back and need firm mattresses.

great location! very close to the town center and Topgolf (which we loved), and they had an awesome outdoor seating area that was perfect to just hangout at!

Breakfast did end a little early for our liking. I know it’s probably mostly a “business stay” sort of hotel but getting up at 8am on our very rare vacations is not something we like to do. everything else was perfect.

the only thing I think the filter for air needed change when we turned off air for while it smelled as if carpet was flooded wet an try to dry it leaving a small moldy smell but not to bad” please take carpet up, outdated an I have asthma so i had to use inhaler due to dam smell

Really nice suburban area with all the commerce you could ask for within 1 mile radius. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. breakfast was pretty good.

I was disappointed because I thought these would have a kitchenette but they didn't. I think I was confused when I booked it. The room didn't have a microwave either. For people on road trips it would be very helpful if the fridge had a freezer compartment.

View of water was great. Deck was very relaxing. Location was great.

Booked 2 king water view rooms. One of the rooms was facing the parking lot. Very dissapointed. Breakfast was warm at best. Had to pay for parking but lot was full. Requested refund and would not give it to us. We had to park in a restaurant parking lot.

The breakfast was surprisingly nice. Hot and cold food, with something different the two mornings we stayed. And they used real plates and silverware! The staff took away used dishes quickly and were very kind and helpful. There is a beautiful huge deck near the outdoor swimming pool overlooking the waterway. Also a nice fitness room and lots of conference areas.
