We went to Eden House for our honeymoon. We loved the tropical feel to it with lots of places to sit during the day, such as hammocks, swing beds and pool loungers. The pool was a great place to cool down after a busy day exploring. We also used the jacuzzi lots. Great location but also quiet and removed from the busy Duval street. The rooms were kept nice and cool which was amazing to come back to after a hot day. We rented bikes from Eden House to get around and this was perfect! We loved the bar that was open for a few hours every day, the bar staff were great and gave us recommendations of things to do in key west. Rooms were kept clean and reception staff were friendly and helpful. We loved it here and will definitely be back :)

We loved Eden house but a couple of things that could be improved. The air con in our room was quite noisy and was above our bed so kept us up at night. When we first arrived the reception staff were a bit confusing about our check in. They told us our room would be ready at 3 and then told at 3, it wouldn’t be ready until 3.30pm, which is fine, but it seemed there was some confusion about what time check in was as booking.com told us a different time to the email we received.

The location was excellent for us. We are in our sixties, we did not rent a car. We were able to walk to all the places we wanted to go. Fort Zachary Park for the beach, Duval street, and the harbor walk. Plus many restaurants near them. The edan House is such a cool place! All these nooks and crannies with swings and hammocks if you want some quiet time.the pool was at the perfect temperature, with a little bar if you want a little something. It looks like there are many choices of rooms. We had a small one, which was by choice, and it was all we needed. The room was very clean, and the bed comfortable. Just be aware that your room has a hair dryer . Mine did not, but my own fault for not reading through the amenities. Not a deal breaker by any means. We would definitely come back!

I would probably notch out the bathroom door so it closes completely.

The swimming pool was great, especially the open hours, there was Nothing better to come back after hot day And relax in the amazing garden on hammock or in the swimming pool! The stuff was great And smiling, very helpful with recommendations in Key west. The location was great, just in front of the bus stop for free duval loop and few minutes walking from the harbour.

The room was very small, impossible to fit baggage of 2 people and it was very narrow, the toilet was behind the „wardrobe door” just 40 cm from the bed so it was a bit uncomfortable to get in And to use it while the other person was still in bed. But i saw other rooms and they Look much better, so maybe they have just few this small rooms and we were unlucky to get it. The parking is also a challenge there, as the hotel has only few spots, you have to find parking on the street And its not easy, because its a residential area And it’s easy to get the ticket

The property was beautiful and SO clean! The staff were so incredibly nice and friendly! Two young men even went out of their way to help a wheelchair lady get in the pool for the first time! Our room upstairs was pretty much all to itself, which was great! They allowed us to store our luggage before our room was ready, and got our room ready 2 hours earlier! We also were able to leave our luggage there until our flight left! The bed was comfortable and big! The pool was wonderful!

This was a very basic place but for the price it was nice! There was no where in the room to put your clothes so we had to live out of our suitcases on the floor. Our air conditioner never really got cold, I will say it was SUPER hot that week and maybe that’s why. There is just two little small shelves in the bathroom to put anything on.

Eden House is certainly a true Key West experience. After many years, we returned to Eden House, and as we entered through the doors, it was perfect as we expected. The staff is fantastic. The resort has many different types of rooms in order to accommodate your needs. It is centrally located with easy access to many restaurants and entertainment venues. You could do a lot or just relax Key West style. They welcome every traveler, whether traveling by yourself, friends, or family. They are LGBTQ friendly, and there is nothing better than enjoy staying at the Eden House Key West. The rooms are very clean, and if you arrive earlier than expected, it is a pleasure waiting while sunbathing by the pool side. We will be back again, and this time will be within the next few months. Thank you!

Great location, quiet and beautiful! We received a cold beer at our arrival and they had a little party with food at the pool on the 4th. That was nice!

We were in room 106 and bed smelled like urine. Very upsetting and when we told the guy at the front desk in the morning he could have cared less. He said all room were booked and he couldn’t help! For this price we shouldn’t never had to deal with this. Also, very difficult to find perking! We also received a message from property that check in is at 3:00. We got there and were told check in is at 4:00 and our room wasn’t ready!

The pool area was beautiful. The hotel made great use of all the nooks and crannies outside to put decor, hammocks, the tiki bar, and waterfalls. The towels and sheets were all very clean. The housekeeping cleaned the room quickly everyday.

The bed seemed old. The mattress had a dent in it on each side and it was very rickety when the other person turned. Didn’t have good nights sleep. The website was misleading with “complementary gym pass.” When we requested them, we were told they were discounted gym passes for $20 each per day. The staff gave us only one day of passes because of the confusion.

There was a miscommunication between Booking and the hotel regarding the type of room we had booked. They allowed us to see both rooms and choose which we liked better. The room was great - comfy bed, spacious bathroom, cool, tall ceilings. We especially loved the outdoor space that came with the room, as well as the communal spaces like the pool. The staff was lovely, super helpful, and very welcoming to our 13 month old baby. We had been warned that parking might be difficult, but we never had an issue.

Only minor gripe: the tiki bar was very cool, but it was only open between 3 and 6, which were exactly the most inconvenient times for us.

The rooms where much smaller than advertised. We asked if we were given the wrong room at one point and a staff member said “the pics on the internet aren’t the pics of the actual room you get” and the “pics online are older”. But the staff made accommodations to make up for the confusion. The woman “Tanto” that works there was great to talk to. Truly a Key West treasure.

friendly atmosphere from workers to guests

so I recieved a text at 2:30 pm saying your room is ready.. My son and I arrived at 3;15pm to find they gave our room to someone else. However, the gentleman at front desk apologized and said give me your phone number and I'll have housekeeping clean room, and will call you once ready.. It was a mistake and they gave another guest with same first name and similar last name. They moved other guest to their correct room and had ours cleaned and ready within 30 min. Wasn't happy at first moment, what if I was arriving at 10pm, what would've hapoened. But they handled it quickly and fixed the issue.. I wish pool was open a little later than sunset though
