the pool was a life saver, i met amazing people at this hostel, the bikes were also so so helpful. I had a great interaction with almost all the staff and the property was gorgeous. I loved the flamingo mural by the pool.

It was a little bit of a struggle to get my luggage to my room because of the heat and the stairs, There was a staff member working the night shift who was extremely rude, i believe i saw reviews about this staff member on the website as well. he was unhelpful and downright rude, Even in a passing social interaction, i would have been upset by the way he treats people, let alone a service job/front desk job.

Multiple pools and spa were great. I was in a shared room that had a balcony which was pleasant and offered some outdoor access. Free WIFI available although connectivity was sketchy at times. Close to Duval Street and the Harbor for boat tours/outings. Nice restaurants and shops in the area. The best part was the helpfulness of the front desk staff, particularly Jeremiah and Anthony who helped me locate my lost cell phone. I felt very safe and look forward to a future stay.

The shower water pooled up and some of the other females had hair that tended to collect in the bottom. Not very sanitary and it didn't get as clean as I thought it should.

Lovely hotel, wouldnt stay here again though as the security that was on late at night ruined our whole stay, he was. So rude because we lost a key and had to knock at the door, screaming and shouting at us ok a power trip, Paul blart mall cop is what he was like, a ridiculous man who needs to get a job away from customer service instead of of threatening to leave 2 girls in the middle of key west at 3am.

Staff

This hostel is by far THE BEST HOSTEL I ever stayed at, and I’ve been to so many hostels before! Milli and Rachel in the lobby are so friendly, helpful and made my stay very easy and smooth. They have nice breakfast included, 3 different pools and a hot tub available. They have bathroom and a little living room with TV and a mini refrigerator available in the bedroom! They have very decent bikes to rent for $10/day! Also, the bedroom was very clean when I arrived! I had so issues at all I highly recommend this hostel! Thank you for all team NYAH for keeping up with the hard work to make this place incredible! I’ll be back 😘

The place is amazing. Great staff. Specially Milly who was very nice. I was really happy that she is Brazilian because my parents don't speak English and they felt very welcome to have someone who speaks their language. They have some difficulties going up stars so she helped us to move to the first floor. There are so many Brazilians who always come to visit Florida, so it was very thoughtful of the hotel to think of that! I loved the complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate, water, and ice available at any time. Another great idea! The bed was also super comfortable.

The only thing that bother me was the smell in the room. The one we stayed in was in a shadowed spot. So the absence of the sun brought the smell of humidity. I got used after a while but if you're allergic and have some rhinitis, ask for a room on the sunny side.

The property was amazing. I love the fact that there are 3 pools, and a jacuzzi. There are a variety of people staying there, a whole gamut. The location was perfect and near everything essential. It’s fun without being a “party central”. Nobody is too loud, everyone is incredibly friendly (staff & guests), warm, and inviting. I would definitely stay there again. Free coffee & water is a plus. There was free breakfast, but I never got a chance to take advantage of it. Also, the coffee shop next door is a treasure trove of delicious goodies. I was 💯 satisfied with NYAH and glad I found them.

I think the towels could’ve been refreshed, as far as delivering fresh towels. They removed the towels for cleanup but didn’t replace them (the hand towels, & the one to step out of the shower onto).

liked and appreciated the daily breakfast, the on-site pools, the cleanliness and that all staff were pleasant and nice but RAQUEL seemed to go a step above when answering your questions and dealing with hotel guests. we found her service to be helpful, cheery and super kind.

we stayed in room 111 which is right next to the entrance door to the resort and the door SLAMMED and shook our bedroom with every entrance and exit. Would literally wake us up in the night. we needed to extend our stay due to hurricane Ian so we were moved to room 114 and that we a 1000x better in noise and space.

There are several pools and a hot tub, all of them are great. There is also a bar with quite cheap drinks that you can get at any time during the day. Breakfast is good and the room (6-bed room) pretty big with comfortable bunk beads, as well as a fridge. You can also book different activities (e.g. snorkel tour) directly at the hostel. Definitely, one of the best value for money options in Key West.

It is not the kind of hostel where you can easily meet other travellers.

I liked the location and type of building it was, as I am a lover of old homes even renovated ones. I liked having breakfast included and the bed was comfortable. bathroom was nice as well. the pools were nice and it was very relaxing in the courtyard.

I stayed in a room with at least 5 beds and was not given a bottom bunk even though there was one available, those should be booked to first comers and then give out the top bunks, I could be wrong but just my opinion.

BIG room to ourselves with multiple beds/bunk beds. It reminded me of staying in a hostel, but kicked up a notch. Individual lockers in the room, excellent shower. Location was great to walk to all the action. Loved the atmosphere.

I knew Key West was going to be tough about parking so I asked ahead of time if the property had a lot. My first email response said they can arrange this for me for no extra charge, GREAT. The second email (after I already had checked out) said street parking is available for an additional fee. The reality was I had to find my own street parking or go to the paid garage down the street. Talk about mixed messages.
