Days Inn by Wyndham Melbourne

Breakfast was good and locatoon to where i was going . Adequate parking. Nice and helpful staff at front desk. Convienient to najor highways and toads as well as places to eat and fill up gad tank.

Thought the room-size could be bigger, the floor cleaner, air condition loud. too many people loitering in parking lot all hours of night ,that were sketchy. Couldn't use pool from a previous storm.

Room was clean and bigger than expected. The staff was always very nice and accommodating. Great location to stay at with pets, lots of room to walk around, a little fenced-off dog area, and everyone greeted our pup warmly. Pool was surprisingly clean and the you can tell the staff takes pride in keeping the property up. Would definitely stay again.

Bring the real breakfast back! Not their fault though, blame COVID. They did have awesome breakfast to-go bags behind the front desk, but you have to ask for them.

the receptionist when booking in was curt . I didn’t find her manner friendly at all . when asked to extend stay for a night due to late flight I was told there was a complaint from a maid . non of the maids were aware of this .

I was told breakfast was 630-10am. When arriving for breakfast in lobby was told it was a bag breakfast. They did have a variety fruit ,Danish,juice,granola bar,yogurt.when talking to family member at adjacent hotel they had served a limited hot buffet,

They had only 2 bathtowels in room,but you could go to desk for more,but if they already know there will be 3 persons in room,you shouldn't have to ask. I understand the bag breakfast because of civic,but if one hotel can serve buffet then other hotel should too. But also know it may up to each company.

I had requested a 1st floor room due to health issues. They gladly obliged. Everything was very clean and not rundown. Comfortable beds.

The breakfast was supposed to be warm but was only continental plus waffles. No eggs or meat.

The room was very clean. The breakfast was a great selection (if you got there early) and the staff were nice. Great value for money.

Pets are allowed and we couldn't secure a pet-free room. A few questionable clientele walking around, but it was fine.

Staff was kind and helpful. The room was relatively clean , though there were some hairs in the bathtub that were there on arrival. Overall a good stay.

Like I mentioned above, there were some hairs in the bathtub on arrival. Which was a bit gross. But overall the staff was friendly and helpful. The "business center" was closed (I think because of covid?) and I had wished that it was open for me to print out a few things since I am traveling for work.,

not enough diversity in staff I’m English speaking mostly Spanish speaking I don’t care if they translated in front of you or notVery uncomfortable

I usually stay at places like Hilton, Marriott etc. because I have grown accustomed to luxurious accommodations. Because of our current financial situation my husband urged me to give Days Inn a try. We looked at a room prior to booking and I was surprised at the modern feel and cleanliness. Sure it is a remodeled old motel but for the price this was the best one and very comfortable and quiet. I felt very safe as well.

Did not like being told breakfast included and then there was no breakfast.told due to covid breakfast week be in bags and then we got nothing in the morning.. False advertising

I didn't like that i was told breakfast included with room and in the morning we why to the lobby and they're was no breakfast....false advertising
