Melbourne All Suites Inn near I95

Suite consisted of 2 rooms… a living room with couch, kitchenette, table/ 2 chairs and bathroom. Second room had 2 double beds, TV, second bathroom Beds ok, pillows average Very thin glass on first floor windows so noisy birds and guests were audible all night Great pool area, pool unheated but lovely,lots of comfy lounge chairs and tables Breakfast was ok - eggs/French Toast /Biscuits ) gravy… hot cereal, 3 kinds of cold cereal, breads, muffins, only Reg coffee… you have to ask for more by 8:30 as they don’t refill Wonderful breakfast staff but you have to ask for fruit or yogurt if gone

Room NOT very clean We asked for maid service after 3 days but NO ONE came to tidy or empty garbages. Maids do minimalist cleaning. Bath and kitchen need renovating and thorough sanitizing between guests. NO bath mat in tub… NO soap, shampoo etc Had to ask for a hairdryer and hangers but they came quickly with them. You will need to put your garbage outside yourself to have it removed.

the room was great and the beds were super comfortable! It was like having a mini-apartment. The beds were in one room and a sitting area, frig, microwave, cabinets, table and chairs, were in another room. the only bad thing was each pool chair was broken and could be an easy fix.

each pool chair was broken so you couldn't sit anywhere. the staff definitely needs attitude adjustments - not one staff member was helpful or considerate. You got the impression that they hated their jobs.

The staff were friendly and professional. Evelyn was very attentive, kind, and a very hard worker. The room was clean, blackout drapes, and beds were quite comfortable. The location was perfect, close to I-95 and right off I-95, 15minutes north is the zoo. The breakfast was great, never had the same meal twice in my 4 night stay: grits, oatmeal, scambled eggs, fried eggs, sausage links, sausage patties, rope sausage, biscuits and sausage gravy, French toast, pastries, breads, cold cereal, fruit, fruit juices, milk, and coffee...the pool was clean. Will always be my go to place to stay when I visit Melbourne.

More towels available at the pool...twice when we went, no towels! Sofa bed should have mattress topper.

There have been some major updates and they were pretty nice rooms already. We had two rooms as one suite, two beds, two bathrooms, two tvs, a living room, and a sort of kitchenette (no stove top or oven, but counter, sink, dish sponge/soap, microwave, and full size fridge). Place was super clean, they even did a whole hypoallergenic cleaning for us because I asked for no added fragrances. Front desk staff was really nice. Great value for the area and what you get.

The doors do not block out any sound. None. It sounds like people walking down the hall are coming into your room, so when they start yelling back and forth, it wakes you up. In our case at 1:53 am. And again at 3:30. If these rooms were quiet, we'd have been in heaven. You can feel the springs in the mattresses a bit. Not a big deal for one night, but a topper would help a lot.

The hotel was a good value and convenient to I 95. Shops and restaurants. Breakfast was ok. Scrambled eggs and sausage and other typical hotel breakfast foods were available. The pool area was nice although the pool was not heated and too cold for us to use..

Room could have been cleaner. There was a bobby pin and a used bar of soap left in the shower/ tub area, We only stayed one night so the bed was ok. But it may have not been good to sleep if I was staying for a few days ..

The rooms were very nice, I was able to work without bothering my son while he slept. Jill on the front desk was awesome. The restaurant attached was great

The lady who was working desk the morning of July 4th who's name I think was Jessica who "claimed" to be manager and wasn't, was extremely rude. We were dealing with a death in family and didn't deserve the rudeness of this person

The staff were so nice and helpful. The KeyWest style decore is simple and clean. I will be back to stay here again.

The lawn maintenance arrived at 8AM with blowers and weed wackers raging outside of my room for a solid 20 minutes. I understand this is a required maintenance but I do wish the landscapers would consider the early morning time to attend the locations directly outside of an occupied guests room.

Obviously some time & money was well spent freshening up this location. New paint scheme, hanging plants, comfortable & stylish modern patio/pool furniture. Pool was clean & inviting, and I love the “two-sies” bistro sets littered throughout the courtyard. A very nice touch! Front desk manager at check-in could not have been friendlier. She is a wonderful asset to this place. Overall, a very quiet, comfortable, affordable stay! Well done.

Freezer section of refrigerator was nasty from old food remains. Yuck. It did clean up eventually with some warm water, but, c’mon. Housekeeping missed that?!?! The TV, although clearly newly installed, was malfunctioning in the color realm. I attempted in vain to fix the color spectrum but all we could muster was a wash of dark blue. It clearly is faulty.

I liked the double rooms it was perfect for my family... Pool was really clean and we had it all to ourselves which was really nice... It was really up to date and two tv was a blessing too

The air conditioning on the one side was not cold.... When I called they were nice and said I could change rooms but we only had one day left so I didn't change

Excellent location right off I-95. Quiet, spacious suites with lots of amenities including coffee maker/coffee, good sized refrigerator, safe for valuables. Very comfortable bed. The double suites are huge and every suite is a great value. Pets welcome. Free breakfast including eggs, bagels & pastries, fruit, oatmeal, coffee in the Asian restaurant in the same little building as reception. The Asian restaurant is all-u-can-eat for $24 and very good. Very friendly hotel and restaurant staff. I’ll definitely stay here again on my drives to FL.

A little worn in places. Toilet seat was very old and worn, seemed unhygienic. One of the lamps next to the bed didn’t have an outlet so it didn’t work. No shampoo provided, just bar soap. It looks like they’re updating some furniture like beds and storage units with more modern styles, which is welcome. The pillows were a little hard, not as comfortable as the beds,
