Lovely big room and spacious bathroom which were both exceptionally clean, breakfast was excellent, lots of variety amd good quality. Plenty of parking, a great swimming pool with towels provided, staff were very friendly

Shame there wasn’t somewhere in walking distance for evening meal

RE: Bedroom: It didn't say anywhere on the website (that we could find) that our bedroom would have a microwave and a coffee maker, which was a great surprise. RE: Washroom: Dove shampoo and conditioner was another great surprise! RE: Breakfast: cinnamon buns!

RE: Breakfast: Maybe it's the US culture, but I was shocked by the amount of garbage created: everything is plastic, no reusable cups, plates nor cutlery. Only fresh things were apples and bananas. They have a pancake machine which seemed to be a success among families with children - but to us it was tasted like flour.

We were giving an attenant bedroom without asking and we could hear all the conversations from the neighbors in the evening and during the night as they seem to have left early - was really not nice/confortable Breakfast was ok, but exactly the same as the motels around so I would have expected more from an actual hotel

The breakfast was fantastic and offered a variety of choices, The arrangement allowed the guests easy access without confusion. The food was seasoned properly and displayed appropriately. We will share with our friends if travel takes them to the Melbourne, Florida area.

We did not have any dislikes of the facility or the morning breakfast experience, The staff server was pleasant and greeted you with a smile. She kept the dinning tables cleaned at all times. The hot food was kept hot as required.

The bed was super comfortable. I had to look to make sure what kind it was cause we want to get one. Beauty rest. Also totally fell in love with the showerhead. It was amazing, and that the whole bathroom is lovely. We love the area in the back, which has a walkway and beautiful landscaping for us to walk the dog despite the fact we were between a bunch of parking lots. There was grass a bench. It was a very pretty area.

We loved the easy location from the highway, close to many food and gas options. The woman who checked us in, Christy, I believe, was so amazing - I called and spoke to her the day before our stay, she was so helpful, and then she checked us in when we got there. Super friendly - that alone made such a wonderful impression to us. The hotel is bright, clean, and the rooms were very comfortable, and clean. We would definitely stay again.

Nothing - all was better than expected.

Great hotel to stay in! Took one night but after the experience we booked for another 2. - The location is great, the hotel located in middle of everything we looked for, Kennedy space center, universal studios and alligators farm. - Hot tab next to the pool that opened till 11pm was awesome. - The stuff where great. - Free parking.

- The breakfast can be better.

I love the fact how in the shower was so refreshing that I loved the shower head plus it had already Dove brand body wash, conditioner, and shampoo already ready for us to use in the shower. The beds were so comfortable to the point I didn't want to get out but I knew I had to because I had two boys. And the floors was not dirty or dingy to the point where I can walk on the carpet barefooted!!! (A+++). I like how we had our own microwave in our room, and our own little refrigerator so we don't have to go downstairs. Check-in was easy. The only thing that I didn't have was not enough funds for the $25 hold if I bought something from the hotel, which I never do anyways, so the receptionist did not charge me for that particular part!!.. Thank you so much. You guys rock ☺️☺️☺️😏😏😏🤗🤗🤗🤗

The charger that connects to the light next to the two double queen size beds is broken. I had to get up and go charge my phone underneath the TV stand and I prefer my phone next to me on the bed so basically I had a room with a broken phone charger in it. (Room 203)!!..

Property was easy to get to with plenty of parking. There is an outdoor pool (towels provided) with a jacuzzi which was nice. The exercise room was great as well.

When we checked in the staff wasn’t very friendly, but did offer us a list of local restaurants. I am sad that the Holiday Inn doesn’t allow local businesses to put flyers in there hotels any longer - not traveler friendly.

Shower had no water pressure on the 4th floor. Breakfast was horrible. At 8am they ran out of bacon, it was a major complaint from everyone I watched the them handling bread, bagels and muffins with no gloves. Coffee and hot water were constantly out, had to keep asking them to refill it. Other hotels had almond milk for the vegans, not everyone can drink cows milk. That was enough for me.
