That the Hampton Inn quality is still well and and alive. The rooms are very comfortable and well kept and the ambience felt really good. We were there for only one night and left early in the morning, so it would be hard to comment on the rest of the facilities offered.

The fact that after I arrived I noticed that the rate for the room I had requested was offered to the public on the internet for 90 dollars per night plus taxes. And I was charged 137,25 for that same room. This was the only thing that because of its dissonance I did not feel good. But then again, not all things are good.

staff was great pool was very clean and enjoyable, coffee all day and night breakfast was ok nice place to stay , we always stay at one of your Melbourne sites. our next trip will be on the beach and we always stay at your Santee SC hotel.

bathroom was old tub was not clean and shiny , do to it’s age.

I have stayed at this location in the past and that is why I chose it again. The staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfast is great and has a good variety.The rooms are clean and so is the property in general.

The breakfast was excellent & the kitchen person went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. It was delicious & very good choices. We appreciated the fact that the heating/cooling unit was quiet. Did not wake you up when it came on.

You could tell that there had been dogs in the room previously. It had a distinct odor.

Front desk staff was excellent. I liked that there were some hot choices for breakfast. Near many restaurants.

Floors and carpet in my room were dirty. I asked to have them cleaned, which they did. Room had a humidity problem.

The hotel was clean and quiet staff was friendly the location was in a perfect spot next the dennys restaurant and the gas station everything was close by .

Not as great as years ago when breakfast was the reason you booked at Hampton Inns. Large sit down dining rooms attendant cooking in front of you. Bacon and sausages that were plentiful. Bananas, grapes.

Cleaner. Not just clean sheets and neat looking room but a deep clean….ie, the outside of tub….the corners of the bathroom a little grungy. Not horrible just not mama clean.

The location was good and the staff were great. Breakfast was good and also plentiful.

i didn’t like the bedding. The pillows were flat and the bed wasn’t very comfortable.

Room and bathroom was really nice. Bed was very comfortable. The hot breakfast and choices was awesome. A lot of hotels no longer provide a hot breakfast.

generally acceptable but rooms are not cleaned every day and trash not collected even after asking , reception forgot to arrange house keeping though they were requested at 10a.m and when I checked back at 2 on cleaners have left
