I love the comfort of the bed, sheets are crisp and cleatn. I love all the pillows to choose from. Lo Room is clean and bathroom is really nice.

I should've asked for a room with a walk I shower. I had that the first time I stayed there and it was easier for me.

All the breakfasts were great. I discovered the outside table the last day of our stay. I enjoyed eating outside.

I was not fond of the cooling system. I like to have the fan circulating air nonstop all night long. Could not adjust the thermostat to have the fan operating at all times. It would only come on when the air conditioning came on.

Great location, near a lot. Clean and comfy rooms. A/C cooled room quickly.

Pool closed for maintenance on a summer weekend! Would have booked elsewhere had we known that as that is what we planned to do part of our downtime. Very disappointing .

Close by shopping and restaurants, but not congested. Very relaxing, CLEAN place to stay with wonderful staff. Very responsive to requests. Breakfast was great. This was our second stay here. Would DEFINITELY stay here again.

The one small thing: apparently staff are permitted to hang out at the pool area off hours. Not swimming, just hanging out.

The location to my house is perfect. I stayed here with my granddaughters they loved it. Breakfast at 8:39 than back to sleep. A fantastic way to end the summer. Great location on Fleming Island. Close to everything. Staff here is Amazing. Plenty of parking right next to my room. I actually extended my stay for 3 days and was thrilled that I was able to stay in the same room. Great Place. I will be back.

Mold under the sink rim. Need a little more attention to cleaning. Bathroom fan falling from the ceiling. Fire sprinkler head falling out of ceiling over first bed. Discoloration on ceiling around sprinkler.

All the employees I encountered were very nice and helpful. I appreciated the breakfast being available in the mornings. I was able to feed my kids before getting our day started. Which made things much easier for me. I also like the location.

I felt like I could hear things going on upstairs. it woke me and my husband up a few times. But it didn’t bother my children.

Breakfast very good, but closed PROMPTLY at designated closing time. We were eating & unable to go for seconds. Food was very good though

Cooling system..dislike any room where cooling comes out of system where it blows directly on you. I know that many hotels have this type of system, but we dislike it.

Excellent breakfast and delightful cook/server.

Softer pillows. Neck is still stiff and painful after 8 nights on your soft pillow.

My spouse wanted cinnamon buns which the kitchen was refusing to make during the breakfast hour. He had to act like a "karen" involved for assistance. The cook finally put the cinnamon rolls in the microwave . Once our on the buffet other guest went up for them too

There was no continental breakfast. This is the first place I’ve stayed at that did not offer this .
