The building looks so pretty from the outside and that reflects as well in the lobby. It looks so clean and elegant.

The rooms need major remodeling…The walls in the room had a lot of spots where the wall had the paint removed and some were a little indented, both in the sleeping area and the bathroom. The bed was the worst though :( I woke up with a terrible back ache…The mattress had a huge “hole” in the middle, don’t know how else to explain it.

Great location in Disney Springs area, wonderful view, pool and atmosphere. Close proximity to Disney. Great heated pool with water fountain for the kids. All of the amenities (pool table, pool bar) were closed due to Covid. Close to Disney attractions, shopping, and restaurants. Had a view of the front of the property with the city view and got a front row seat to all of the spectacular fireworks show on New Years.

The linens were dirty, the room was dusty, the headboard was dirty. The front desk staff added on facilty fees and resport fees that I already paid with Booking. The front desk tried to charge me $950 when I had a locked in total rate of $661. Other than that, this is a great hotel.

Breakfast was excellent at American ?pickup(was inside the complex),especially since another guest told us to ask about the Breakfast voucher,as it was offered to them(but not us)..&then another staff gave us voucher. This helped compensate for the unexpected increased cost for the room as a parking fee& "resort fee". I had booked online & there had been a fee added by booking.com then....felt burned....never would've spent that much!!!! The spa wasn't working,&we arrived later evening,so we were traveling&did not use pool,although everything was beautiful&comfortable.

The high price added on to park in your lot ourselves,& $35 "resort fee"added on also. Poor communication online about these added costs

The location was fantastic. The room was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

Our air wasn’t working at first and none of the outlets were either but it was just moments before maintenance came up and either fixed the issue or came up with a temporary solution for our stay to make it comfortable. Also, there was a lady in the lobby selling invites to this vacation club thing and she was super pushy and made my family uncomfortable to even go down to the lobby. Other than that we had a great stay.

That it was very welcoming. Very close to the parks. Very clean, spacious and nice designs in the decorations. The decor was good

Since we traveled during weekdays, the bar outside was not open. One day that I was there at the American kitchen grill. I waited on the bartender for 20 minutes before he even asked if I needed help so I just got up and left

Little things like the free water (yay) not being refilled, coffee k-cups being only decaf coffee and green tea (no standard/caffeinated coffee), air conditioner adjustments didn't seem to stick - it kept reverting back to the preset. Paying for parking at extra $22/ day

The property is severely understaffed and it shows in wait times, staff’s morale, and the cleanliness of the property. the rooms were very clean but I didn’t feel the hallways and common areas other than the lobby were ever cleaned.

This hotel was lovely it's a brilliant location to Disney springs being just a 10min walk the hotel staff were very nice and the facilities were very good including the cafe and shop the pool area was very beautiful open good long hours the rooms are a little dated in places however we're comfortable and clean overall would recommend

I booked this reservation back in Feb and after reading recent reviews from other guests I seriously contemplated cancelling and switching to another resort with all the bad reviews BUT I am so happy I stayed! The resort completely exceeded our expectations! The staff was wonderful-very friendly and helpful. We had a poolside room which was bigger than we were expecting! Our 2 year old had so much room to run around and play it was great! The sliding glass doors completely opened to the huge patio and since the weather was beautiful we had our room open a majority of the time so we had a beautiful view of the pool and could hear the christmas music they were playing! The heated pool and spa were perfect for a quick swim after walking the parks all morning and our toddler loved the fountains and the zero entry. For us it was a wonder stay and we will most definitely be staying again!

Not very many food options - not a big deal for us as we planned to eat between Disney Springs and the parks anyways. We stayed 4 nights and had no room service at all - I had to go to the front desk and ask for new towels and such for the room. The pool music can be heard in the room even over the tv - 2 nights the music stayed on all night and did not shut off at 11pm when the pool closed.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, we were able to get a shuttle to the Disney Parks or walk to Disney Springs every day of our trip without issue. We also were glad that there were places to purchase necessities like ibuprofen and sunscreen within the hotel so that we did not have to leave the hotel once we were there.

There were times when the hotel could be a bit noisy, either from workers doing their jobs or from other guests. We didn't notice it very much because we were only really at the hotel to sleep as we'd spent all day at the parks but we feel that we might have noticed it more had we spent longer periods of time during the day or evening at the hotel.
