The manager over there does an exceptional job He has his eyes everywhere and makes sure the workers are trained properly. Result is that all staff is professional and wanted to make our stay most comfortable Everybody is super friendly and greets you wherever you show up with a smile! Had an issue with out toilet Repairs were made promptly They even called to see if we founds everything ok after the repair!

Food in the bar could be stepped up a notch

Claudio from the coffee shop was extremely helpful, energetic, cheerful, and kind. He gave us great recommendations for dining. He made our dining experience extra special. He was much more helpful than the front desk staff.

The front desk staff were not helpful. When checking in, they did not tell us about restaurant hours and other things to enjoy in the hotel. We were also disappointed that we could not get transportation to the port for our cruise, since we had specifically asked about this when booking hotel reservation and were told that they could accommodate this request. We were then directed to goport.com and Uber.

The hotel is beautiful, well kept, and the pool is exceptional. The airport shuttle was on-time, the driver was incredibly courteous which made for a wonderful ending for our visit to Florida!

The on-site restaurant food however, was dismal. By far one of the worst hotel restaurants I’ve been to. The food came out cold and some of it was overcooked, although our server did try to rectify, (at least the cold food part), we didn’t mention the overcooked food to him. Also, the exterior of the hotel itself (stucco color, etc), not the actual grounds, do not do the interior of the hotel and the pool justice. Would consider an exterior paint make-over!

Location was amazing! Close to parks, airport and restaurants!

I switched to this hotel because it said the rooms were soundproof..they are NOT. My room was in between a group of people that had rented 3 rooms ( 1 on either side and 1 across from me) between doors slamming and kids being left in one room to have a “sleepover “ I heard them all the way until 3:30 am.

the Asian lady in the breakfast room on the ninth floor was very accommodating. There was also a young man in the breakfast room who was very nice and accommodating. (heavyset and wore glasses) The front desk staff checking out was very nice and professional

The front desk person who checked me in could have given more explanation about what was expected, I got information from the other guest.

clean and good location

the shuttle to and from airport. never actually used it. tried to phone numerous times when landed never got a reply,eventually had to take a taxi at a cost of 20 dollars. next day asked shuttle to take me back to airport never arrived. a passing taxi driver took pity on me and a number of other people and took us to airport very bad service

Staff were excellent. Polite friendly and helpful. Our waiter for dinner Caesar was a credit to Marriott as we’re the young lady who greeted us for both dinner breakfast and our breakfast waiter Gabriel. Our stay was lovely from the friendly greeting on arrival to the smiling friendly member of staff who checked us out. A special mention is for the lovely lady cleaning the lobby as we left , who brought to our attention that we had left some items of clothing behind

Resort style amenities! Stayed an extra day in Orlando after a wedding to relax and it was perfect!! Reception was at the hotel, huge room, great staff! 6 minutes from airport! Free 24hr shuttle service! Sound proof rooms! Great view of pool and lake! Great view of plane takeoffs without the disturbing sound!! Restaurants across the street (walking distance)!

loved the pool and we loved that the location was so close to the airport. it was the perfect place to stay with a cancelled flight! the restaurants and room service were so handy when we didn’t have a car to use!

our room keys didn’t work. it took us 4 times visiting the desk and getting new keys before they sent up and engineer to fix the issue.

We booked this hotel when our return flight home had been canceled. The proximity to the airport, shuttle service, and the ability to check in to our room early were greatly appreciated. Upon arrival, we were impressed with the helpfulness of the staff and with the hotel and facilities. The pool and surrounding area were beautiful and very comfortable. It turned the negative experience of having our flight canceled into a positive extended stay! We would consider staying there in the future when flying into the Orlando area.

Everything was wonderful! We had no complaints.
