Amazing experience. The room had everything you could need traveling with family. 5 of us (2 kids) fit just fine in queen suite, the beds were very very comfy. everything was meticulously clean and new. Mickey pancakes at breakfast were a nice surprise too. Very close to Orlando Studios that we visited. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling with family.

Your location is great! My son and I enjoyed the spacious suite. Breakfast should offer plain scrambled eggs or hard boiled eggs for children. The waffle station is wonderful. I appreciated the washers and dryers. Thank you for the shuttle to Universal Parks!!!!

I think a housekeeping employee is needed in the evening hours. You have a nice place and it should look its best at all times. Guests are arriving at all hours of the day. No one wants to arrive to a dirty location - dirty floors, trash here and there. One person walking your premises throughout the evening could totally handle the upkeep! Rooting for you!

The best thing about this hotel (and there are many good things) is the staff. They were very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to take care of us. The location was great, and the space and room was good. The breakfast had a great variety (and Mickey waffles!)

The hotel advertises a free shuttle to universal parks- but it only runs a VERY limited route and the last pick up (on a day when the last park closed at 11) was 8 pm. It was also shared with several other “universal partner” hotels so our bus (route A) made several stops and some looked quite crowded on the ride home. If you don’t have a car or don’t want to pay for parking at Universal, you’d do better to stay at a resort hotel- or plan to pay for an Uber. We were fortunate to work it out because we had a car, but for a longer trip with my family, we might look elsewhere simply because transportation is such an important part of planning!

Property was amazing. We had a dual queen suite, which also had a pull out sofa bed, which was plenty of room for my family of four. Beds were super comfortable and the room was really clean and cozy. The room came with a small kitchen area that comes stocked with everything you need, meaning real plates, bowls and silverware! Right on International Drive and close by Universal, it’s at a central location with a free shuttle to the park. The free breakfast was solid too.

- The shuttle did not run after 8pm, but the Universal Parks close at 9pm. They should at least add a 9:30pm or 10pm shuttle. - The bathroom door was a pocket door, and ours didn’t lock close. Wasn’t really a big deal. - The TV channels are all a mystery. There was a card listing them in the room, but none corresponded to what was on the TV. Seriously though, these were all minor and we were impressed with this property, especially for the price.

The hotel was easy to find. Staff was nice. Elevators weren't super busy. Breakfast was available, and a couple options to choose from; plenty of seating for breakfast. Considering it's Universal area, I expected kids to be running around a lot, and there weren't :)

The poop splatter all over the bottom of the toilet lid; and the booger on the headboard. The waffle batter tasted gross (it wasn't just plain batter). And I wish hotels had a dairy-free milk option (almond milk).

Top 1 is cleanliness., the room is tidy and love the fact that everything is there when you need them like sink and washer fridge and microwave. Love the breakfast and tea available when you want. A relaxing place, accessible location. Willl surely go back. The only thing is that my husband forgot to add our Hilton membership number - Honors Reward ID: 070204095 / 148561054 - BLUE?

Perhaps the grout around the bathroom sink can be regrout? Suggest: Shuttle parks schedule available on screens.

Within the first day of staying at this hotel, it was very clear to me why they have such a high rating. Home2 Suites has excellent customer service. Every staff member that I spoke to was always pleasant and helpful. A lot of thought was clearly put into the layout of the hotel. For example, the layout of the breakfast area was perfect in my opinion, everything was meticulously placed for the convenience of their guests. There are sanitary wipes and hand sanitizer stands at different locations in the hotel which I was very pleased about. The hotel and its surroundings were always clean. This will definitely be my Go-To hotel whenever I visit Orlando and I will recommend them to anyone that asks.

The AC in the room is apparently motion sensor so it got a bit warm at night while I slept but this is not enough to be a deal breaker for me.

I liked that this location was close to Universal Studios (5-10 minutes) and Disney (10-15 minutes). It is also convenient to take Uber to downtown Orlando (10-15 minutes). There's a tiny gym with a few weights you can use, definitely better than nothing, and should help you get your basic exercises done. I noticed that they would only bill you one week at a time, so don't be surprised if you're staying longer than a week when you see a new charge on your credit card. We enjoyed our stay. It exceeded our expectations. There's a simple washing machine and dryer downstairs next to the gym. I would come again.

The first day the hotel staff was phenomenal about getting us checked in in a timely manner and answering any questions we had. The woman who checked us in was kind and inviting and offered us information about the shuttle options to Universal. A perfect walking distance from the center of Orlando and plenty of places to dine and enjoy! With an hour from Kennedy Space Center, Cocoa Beach, and other popular attractions, this hotel is the perfect vacation getaway. It is phenomenally clean, pet friendly, and overall a safe and inviting environment. The rooms were gorgeous and upon arriving all kitchenware was already in the dishwasher waiting to be used. This hotel offers outstanding breakfast options for all preferences. We will be staying again, and again!

Where to start... Value for money, location, free parking, clean rooms with all amenities, fitness facilities. But a special mention to the staff who were some of the nicest (not at all false which I don't like), down to earth , friendly and helpful I've met. When I come back to Orlando, one of the main reasons I'll stay here it due the the staff... I could go on and on about how helpful and genuine they are but you'll all be thinking its written by themselves lol.

Honestly there was nothing to dislike, I'm trying hard to remember if there's anything bad I can say but I can't!
