Room was very spacious.

Roaches came out of walls in the kitchen area and we had no food in the room.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and spacious. The bed was big and comfortable. Location was good for universal studios and for shopping outlets

The hotel was dated and needs refurbishment. Carpets were heavily worn out and smelt of damp. Breakfast area is very small for the amount of guests at the hotel. You had to get there early and hoped the staff didn't throw your food away if you were absent for more than a couple of minutes. Limited choice for breakfast too.

The location is perfect if you want to visit the parks, Universal Studios is in "walking distance", about a mile away. There are restaurants in walking distance. The personal was very helpful when asking for information. The breakfast was better than in many other hotels of the same price range.

The rooms were strongly perfumed to cover the smell of cold smoke, which was slightly disgusting. At least our room made an old impression. For breakfast single use plates and cups were used, which in my opinion is too much trash. In two occasions, I saw a small cockroach in the bathroom.

The staff was very good and helpful. Breakfast was good, need a warmer for the boiled eggs, the location was excellent and the use of the I Ride busses was very good. The room was comfortable.

The carpet on the staircase was terrible, it should be changed immediately. The main entrance has manual doors and was always a health hazard since covid 19 is still around. It should be changed immediately and replaced with no-contact automatic doors. With these simple changes, all guests will appreciate it even more and raise the quality even higher.

Location -very close to Universal parks and to restaurants and Welgreens. Overall was a pleasant stay and breakfast is provided. The room was clean and beds were comfortable enough.

Smell of the room but got used to it after a while. They had Shuttle busses to Universal parks in February 2023 were provided at 9.40 am (going) and 5.40 pm (returning) We wanted to go earlier and so we ended up walking to Universal which was around 30mins if walk. There is a sidewalk and is very safe to walk.

The hotel has a good location, good staff, it's simple but we just used to sleep so was really good.

The value. The room size was definitely nice and clean. The A/C blew nice and did not have any musky or moldy odor. The bathroom was large, well stocked and clean. The facility does lack and elevator, but plenty of rooms on the main level. Location is prime. Right on the corner of the main roads. Has a 24hr Denny's across the parking lot, a 7-11 5min walk away, and a miniature golf place right next door. They have a shuttle to take you to all the major amusement parks and a concierge to help with planning. Need to get away, this is definitely one to consider.

A little older location, but the friendly staff and clean environment more than makes up for it.

The front desk and housekeeping staff were exceptional very knowledgeable,friendly they always acknowledged you whenever you pass through the lobby made you feel incredibly welcomed the rooms were clean however they could use an update the bathtub faucet in my room would not turn off completely other than that I felt very safe in this hotel even when I went out for smoke at 2am alone I would certainly recommend this hotel

As I said the bathroom faucet wouldn't turn off completely therefore it dripped all night long

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. the rooms were not ready when we arrived and they did their best to get them ready as soon as they could. The breakfast was hot and ready. It was close to restaurants and shopping.

That they did not have shuttle service to the port and the shuttle service that we used charged more due to the location of the hotel. So when finding a shuttle service ask what locations and hotels they service.

The staff was nice and helpful. The facility was clean. Perfect location.

Beds were uncomfortable. The t.v. wasn't working well. I didn't like that there was a gap at the bottom of the hotel door. You see people's feet when walking by.
