Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Staffs gave a very cozy, warm, friendly feeling. Room was beautiful and spacious but shower stall could use a little more update like the caulking around the base of stall. Location is superb! Shops, entertainment and restaurants are all walking distance. Disney parks and universal parks are short drive as well. Free parking is a plus! Very short drive to all Disney parks and Universal parks. On site restaurant of hotel had great selections and food. Overall very happy with stay.

Shower could be cleaner. Didn’t like the fact that the sink was outside the bathroom.

The hotel has everything we needed, with a big room. The location is very good for the immediately surrounding restaurants, shops and activities, and for moving into wider Florida.

The only downside was the customer service after checking out. We left a smart watch in the room, and messaged via Booking.com three times and emailed once all without a reply to ask about it. After a week we went back in person, and the staff member did try to help but it seemed like a very unofficial process, and didn't give me the confidence of honesty. The watch wasn't found, but we know it was left on the room.

Great staff- very friendly. My wife is a clean freak, so she loved how clean it was, especially the hard flooring instead of carpeting! Furniture and decor was very up to date as well. Also- just a little over a mile from Universal Studios, and a lot of activities within walking distance. Dining and bar on the first floor was also very convenient.

This isn't actually a bad thing at all, but we felt the sink outside the bathroom was a bit small, but we're accustomed to our own double sinks at home. The sliding frosted bathroom door was a nice touch- it didn't have a lock, but I'm weird about wanting a locked door when in a seated position! These are not bad things- just personal preference. We will stay here again!

Very clean rooms, fluffy towels and comfortable beds. The hotel is in a good location for all attractions and just off International drive, making it quite quiet and the free parking is also a bonus. At the main reception area, is well stocked snack bar with added essentials that you may have forgotten to bring with you. If you are eating at the hotel, it is comparable in price to eating out which is good, but with a limited menu. The staff were friendly and a big shout out has to go out to Kamal, who runs the bar and does the cooking. He is an asset to the hotel and really looked after us well. Kamal cooks a mean steak and fries.

We stayed for 15 nights and rooms are only cleaned and serviced every 3 days, although if we wanted to have the bins emptied or fresh towels we could request them. I think rooms should be serviced on a daily basis as you are are charged a daily rate, which increases at weekends. One of the lifts was out of service for the vast majority of our stay, only being back in service, the day before we were due to leave. It had been out of service since September! We would have liked to have been able to open a window in the rooms too.

The room was huge, very clean and so comfortable. Dinner was delicious and quite affordable, the chef was super friendly and accommodating. Overall a great hotel with good facilities - the laundry room was particularly useful for us. The complimentary tea and coffee was quite good and always hot and available.

The fridge in our room stopped working but we were provided instructions to reset it. Problem solved but a bit of a nuisance and apparently this happens quite frequently - not great considering I was using the fridge to store my temperature controlled medicine. The location is not that great, it’s close to International Drive and a bus stop but honestly I’d probably choose a different part of Orlando to stay in future. The snacks in the lobby were horribly overpriced. Do not use the taxi services recommended by the hotel though - we were ripped off by the driver and used Uber from there on.

The hotel is relatively new and this clean and aesthetic, compared to our other experiences from Orlando. The beds were comfortable. The hotel was quiet and well sound insulated. There is a coffee machine in the room but no microwave , the fridge is more a bottle cooler ( temp around 5-10•Celsius).The room was spacious. In terms of finishes, it s not a luxury hotel but everything is well maintained. We haven’t used the pool and haven’t eaten there.

The area in a bit unpopulated, there are signs on the parking lot to not leave anything in the car, probably for some reason. We had 2 people asking for money during our one night stay, but they were friendly. It s not an area where you go without a car. The staff was cold but not unfriendly , I guess Orlando style fed up with tourists as this was not first impression like this in Orlando. A bit disappointed with the breakfast , it s an outside company doing only a la carte American style food so if you re not up for eggs or sausages , better plan somewhere else to eat. But the food looked delicious.

Really nice hotel in a good location. Just a 5-minute drive from Universal Studio. Spacious and clean rooms. I like the design of the room, but for 2 strangers who, for example, come to a conference and have a twin room, the lack of a door between the hall and the room may be a problem. Nice and helpful staff. Interesting breakfast concept. There is no buffet, but a breakfast menu. It was very tasty. Free coffee all the time next to the reception.

No breakfast on Tuesdays.

We enjoyed the location because we had easy access to the Universal park and other shoppIng around the city. We enjoyed the size of the room, the shower was very good, staff are very polite.

We stayed for 3 nights and for our first day the housekeeping didn’t come by so we thought that the hotel didn’t have any for the days! So for the rest of the day we put the do not disturb sign.

Fairly new hotel within walking distance from Universal Studios. Room amenities are pretty good (there's a cool fridge) and there's an ice machine on each floor. There's a little store in the lobby with food and stuff you might need during your stay and they also have a nice little gym.

Not a big fan of the ultra soft mattresses which might be subjective, but the motion detecting light switches in the rooms are an absolute disaster. If you don't turn the main switch off at the door before going to bed, all the lights turn on automatically when you make even the slightest movement during your sleep, but if you turn it off, you won't be able to use your reading lamp. On our first night, after a 20hr+ travel, we were woken up 3 times until we finally got hold of someone in the lobby at 4AM who knew what to do. If this wasn't enough, someone also set the alarm in the room at 5:50AM, so we didn't get any sleep at all that night.

Super clean, great location and the staff is so kind and friendly. Definitely would stay here again and cannot recommend it enough. The hotel restaurant was one of our favorite parts, the chef was so gracious and the food was divine. The rooms are neat and spacious, the beds and pillows are like being engulfed in a cloud and the TV has great channels. Amazing 10/10
