Location was great. Value pretty good considering it was Spring Break & packed.

Rooms were clean, ok size wise. Front desk Joselyn was very helpful, friendly, & accommodating to get our 3 rms together. Pool area wasn't kept clean with dirty tables, trash, towels not picked up. Pool towels not available several times, had to request from office. Kids splash pad was not working great with low water pressure, drain grate was not secured but later repaired after several requests. Snack bar area not opened full time, too small variety of food, poor quality. Need more grab & go snack items. Only drinks in cooler. Breakfast was lousy & they locked door @930 am, wouldnt let you back in for coffee or to get plastic silverware if eating outside. Other than waffles, which you had to wait 15 min in line to make yourself, rest of breakfast was poor quality. Eggs horrible.

Location of the venue is good for getting to Orlando Universal although no need to drive as the hotel provide a free shuttle service going and returning twice daily Breakfast is good altho think it should perhaps be extended half hour, specially as there is a facility to make your own waffles - queue bit long sometimes Coffee and cold water available for free in Reception Plenty of parking Navigating the roads around Orlando requires a decree !!!

I was nervous about the hotel due to reviews in the past. I spoke with Isabella (Manager) and expressed my concerns. She let me know a new company took over and she would make sure we had a great stay. We certainly did. Even my 12 year old son said, mom that was a good hotel. It was clean, had breakfast, and a pool. It had the amenities we were looking for at a good price and only a 22 min walk to The City Walk (Universal Studios/Island of Adventure). I would definitely stay here again if we head that way in the future.

I most admit I was a bit nervous about booking this hotel after reading some of the reviews however I’m glad I listened to my kids and went with this hotel it was amazing the kids were comfortable our support dogs were comfortable and so was my husband and I. I even dropped the kids off at the room and my husband walked the dogs in the dog area and I walked to the front desk at around 11pm after getting back from the park and I felt safe and the front desk was amazing and sent the laundry guy to the room with fresh towels for us because I forgot to get some that morning. It’s close to everything our first night there we walked to Denny’s for dinner save your money and just get something from their splash bar restaurant right by the pool. Their breakfast was really good as well. I’m already planning our next trip to Orlando and will be staying at Sure stay by Best Western!

The room was nice and clean. Loved the breakfast! They did housekeeping during our stay.

There seem to be something wrong with the bed. My husband and I bumped our head twice in the headboard. The pillows are also small. We also heard something like a vibrating noise even in the middle of the night. Must be the elevator. Our room (Rm 200) was quite close to it.

The staff was friendly. Breakfast was good and served from 7am-9am. Everything was clean from the lobby to the rooms to the pool and playscape area. This hotel is well maintained and the price each night was less then $100 when I booked through booking.com. I recommend this hotel. We are looking to go back in April and we would stay here with the children.

The location is absolutely convenient, really close to Universal Park, and fairly distanced to Disney World and the airport. The staff is very kind and willing to help anytime. The facilities are spacious, clean, and tidy. The pool, the pond, and the dock are nice resting areas

It seems the space in the dining area is not enough when in breakfast time, since it feels too crowded and messy at a certain time. The staff do always their best but it's too many people to attend.

Good place if you want to visit Disney and Universe parks. The location is close to the main road for all the destination you are looking in Orlando for vacation, there is a transportation to those parks (ask the stuff). Also close to Outlet center (5 min drive). Few nice restaurants in the same area. American breakfast is available every morning (usually bread, egg, sausage and self prepared waffle, no vegetables).

If you are not regular to American style breakfast it would be heavy and you'll prefer to eat outside.

I liked receiving room service everyday. I liked the affordable prices. I like the splash bar.
