The location was great and the accomodation was good. The check-in and check-out was very convenient. This was very important because we had a delay in our flight and arrived at almost midnight to the place. Thry had our keys in a mailbox.

When we got to the apartment it smelled like cigarrettes. There weren't many appliances to use the kitchen and it didn't have soap for washing the dishes. The good thing is that there are convenient stores nearby and we were able to buy some.

Everything was good. We were completely comfortable and had everything we needed.

I think the wi-fi charge needs to just automatically come off the incidentals fee. The staff was trying to collect a fee I had no knowledge of while I was trying to check out. They claimed they couldn't close out my room unless I gave them a credit card for $7.95. What was a really pleasant stay ended with a really unpleasant and unnecessary conflict. The fee ended up coming off the incidental deposit anyway, which is what it is for in the first place.

That was my the best experience ever in USA.

The apartment is big enough for big family, very clean. They even care about comfort in little things. I felt myself like I am at home. Clean rooms, lots of towels, stylish furniture. We enjoyed our stay. Definitely will recommend it and of course will be back again.

A good sized room. It was clean. Many of the needed amenities including a blender. The extra set of beach towels was a fabulous added bonus. Multiple TVs and comfy beds. A fine choice for a family stay that is reasonably priced. Good location

The pool was small. We didn't use it but I can imagine it would be crowded quickly. The master bedroom shower was in the room in the tub. That was a bit weird especially if the other person was still sleeping. Not a fan of that. Guests are asked to strip the beds and start the dishwasher. I didn't mind but again, I go to a hotel to not have to do those things. I'm thinking it might be Covid related.

I love the people who work at the property. the food donation box shows thoughtfulness and I love the memory rocks. the rooms are fabulous. towels are great quality. very comfortable accommodations. I love all the games

there is a horrible ringing siren that goes off daily. all people were complaining.

I liked property was right across the street from Fun Spot Orlando. It was not too far from main area of International Drive. So driving required. The rooms were very spacious.

Didn’t like that elevators felt as though not air conditioned…a little stuffy. Also toilet close to bathroom door entry.

We enjoyed our stay here. No issues with noisy neighbors and the beds were comfortable. Also you had everything you needed to cook and everything was very clean. I would stay here again.

The only thing was the parking but after a few days it was fine.

I loved all the amenities they had for guests. My teenage boys loved the basketball courts. The location was close to Universal Studios which was amazing when you are traveling with a big family. The beds where amazingly soft felt like you were on clouds.

The only thing I had an issue with was the noise you can hear from the pool area and the guests above your room in the middle of the night.

The room was beautiful and spacious. The location was nice and parking easy and staff was very accomodating.

Driving was a little of a challenge due to construction and cramped streets, but we found our way around easliy and everything we needed.

Perfect location for Disney parks of Universal. Right off International Dr. Close to restaurants, interstate. Spotlessly clean. Very roomy and spacious. Quiet. Staff was very friendly.
