The only bathroom was in the master bedroom. There is a long walk from check in and up and down escalators to get to Wyndham's room. This could be challenging for those with mobility issues. The elevator flooring was torn up. Perhaps they were planning to replace them, but they could have covered the floor with carpet/rugs until renovation time.

We loved that the pool was cleaned every morning. There was no trash at all on the property or on the beach access. We love how clean the studio room and bathrooms throughout the resort were. There is not enough good things to say about this stay!

We did not like nor appreciate how when we wanted to go out onto our balcony to enjoy the sunrise and sunset, the smell of marijuana strongly on our balcony. We could not pinpoint where it was coming from and we called the front desk multiple times throughout our stay to report it.

Great full service apartment. full kitchen with an island, dishwasher, full-sized fridge, complete set of dishes and utensils, dining table and, full living room. Balcony with table, chair, and chaise. His and hers sinks in the bathroom plus washer/dryer. A pretty complete apartment.

The shower stall had a little mildew, access to the parking garage may require a little up and down, and the check-in process is time consuming and annoying with the time-share sales pitch. You have to be very firm with them unless you’re interested in the “free-vacation deal” pitch.

Great location and nice rooms.

Staff called my phone every day which is very annoying after you spend 1,500 dollars on a room and trying to enjoy your vacation. I don't want to tour your facilities I want to enjoy my vacation point blank how hard is that to understand. Do you want people annoying you on your vacation?

The view was AWESOME! The apartment was HUGE! The kitchen was AMAZING! The VALUE was INCREDIBLE!

They wanted us to go to a sales presentation - I'd rather be loyal to Booking.com. They kicked you out of the nicely heated pool right at 10pm.

The condo is very well stocked for what we needed. It was in a really good location, very close to Pier Park and other entertainment venues. Beach front is always a plus!

The wifi was horrible and it seemed like that was by design because they wanted you to purchase their "premium Wi-Fi package." Since the condo is a huge concrete bunker, none of us had cell phone service inside the condo. We weren't even trying to do anything extreme like stream video or video chat... We were just looking at restaurant menus, posting a few pictures on social media, etc... It just seems kind of petty to try and force guests to purchase an internet package in this day and age.

Signs needed to get from place to place in the 2 buildings. VERY confusing FOR YOUNG AS WELL AS OLD. POLICY: pay up front of stay. Not honoring patrons directions concerning Credit card use

The balcony and kitchen and washer and dryer was great

I didn't have towels my trash wasn't empty when i first got there and it was hair in the tub other then that everything was great .

Trying to sell a timeshare and being pushy. I didn’t come to the beach to get sold anything. I came to the beach to relax.
