The location was wonderful. Great sushi place and Walgreens next door. Within a few minutes of groceries, coffee and the beach! Bed and pillows were comfortable.

Room had a smell like it had been a smoking room in the past. Currently no smoking. Bedding was clean but dated.

breakfast was pretty basic, but the rooms are such good value, I wasn't expecting a high end breakfast.

It is a dependable hotel with good pool, near the beach and usually very good price. Rooms were very clean, beds firm, no bugs.......

The television reception is grainy, not enough channels, really. I used my laptop and internet access to watch what I wanted to watch, using an HDMI cord for connection to the TV. Honestly, for around a 100 bucks a day, most hotels should have excellent television reception. They offer coffee and packaged buns and pop tarts for breakfast. There was no option for eggs at all. I usually don't partake of the continental style breakfast, but the coffee was good.

Clean, comfortable, great location, near beach ramps, near downtown. Pristine pool area, large, clean and inviting pool. This is the best value for the money on the beach.

Breakfast wasn't much, fruit, pop tart and coffee, but I didn't really come for that.

I liked everything. Pool was the cleanest pool that I have saw in years. The room was the cleanest one that I have stayed in. The beds were so very very comfortable!

Midnight door slammers were rough for the first night. But that was not the hotel's fault! The other nights were great.

Very clean, comfortable and only a 10-12 minute walk to the beach! Even had a surprise continental breakfast which included oranges, oatmeal, pastries, poptarts & coffee. I appreciate the makeup wipe as well. Free WiFi! Great location 🙂 Very friendly front desk agents. Plenty of free parking!

Room did have a musky smell when we first walked in. Was fine once we turned on the AC. Biggest improvement I reccomend: add more outlets! Like a lamp with some outlets and/or a power strip. Was challenging charging all our devices. Had to unplug the lamps lol

The staff were very friendly & accommodating. They were the best part. The pool was nice & clean. The rooms were very clean & well taken care of. You can tell they are working on improving things & it’s very nice. i will stay here again when returning to the area.

the showers needed some work like the shower head but they were clean & useable. Nothing terrible.

We always stay here because the rooms are always clean and tidy. We have never had a problem with our room being dirty. The price is always good and the location.

Continental Breakfast not good

It was conveniently placed by a Walgreens and a sushi bar. Directly across from Crescent Beach, too! The man at the desk was friendly. We left a bit late but there was no issue with the staff about it. The beds are a bit firm, but they support you.

All I can think of is that the pillows are too flat.

Staff were so VERY helpful!!!!! The room was quiet and on the first floor. It was close to the beach. When we left something behind after we checked out, staff was helpful in getting it to us

Toilet paper was rough. We couldn't get the Super Bowl on tv.
