We enjoyed the roof top deck, pool and location to the beach. The complex was pretty quiet and relaxing. Pools, hot tub, and landscaping were all very well kept. We absolutely loved all the palm trees and beautiful flowers around the complex.

There was no designated parking spot for I306. The window to the unit next door was right on our patio which is a security concern. Especially since the patio door did not lock or have a cross bar. The weather strip on the bottom of the entry door was gone. So there was a huge gap under the door for bugs to crawl in. Also a full size fridge would have made a huge difference. We had no way to store more than one day of food at a time. The unused closet would make a perfect spot for a full size fridge. The little apartment was the perfect size. I just think the space is not used to it full potential.

Our apartment was clean and well supplied. I was happy to find it had a washer and dryer in the room. I just expected it to be onsite The heated pool was so nice It was decorated nicely too the location was good , close to the things we needed yet it seemed away from crowds The pull out couches were really not very comfortable. My family loved the boardwalk to the beach with the natural dunes intact.

The surrounding building were a mix of beautiful and ugly The ugly ones looked like they needed updated and repaired / missing side shingles and vey outdated. Most of the buildings were so beautiful that it made two of the buildings stand out like sore thumbs. I could hear other guests occasionally.

Loved the location! Great layout of the complex, the pool and spa area were very cozy.

Broken tile piece on kitchen floor, covered by 2 rugs. I understand the need to cover it, and it didn’t really bother us, but hopefully will get fixed soon.

The layout of rooms and patios was nice.

Wi-Fi info to connect was wrong, and we never did get the correct info. Could use a caddy for shower to hold shampoo/conditioner and soap.

We have stayed at this resort about 6 times over the past 30 years and always enjoy the set up. The unit we rented was very clean and easy access to the pool.

Next time I will choose a ground floor unit as it is hard to take luggage and supplies up stairs.

The decor and lay out were perfect. It was a cozy beach side resort that we would definitely book again.

We are tall people (6'3 and 5"10) and the beds were not a little small for us.

the unit was impeccable… clean and well stocked.

The only bad part was that there are no elevators. However, the top floor had the best ocean view. Had to take the good with the bad.

We loved the fact that it was in an area that was quiet and if we wanted to swim or get in the hot tub we could at any time of night.

we didn’t like that the we couldn’t find our build upon arrival, not easily found on own. we had to ask a neighboring villa tenant that was very kind and helped us . there wasn’t any signs in the area to direct to even get to the office for check in!

No breakfast but location was great. Just a short walk to beautiful beach. Short ride to everything we wanted to do. Pool was nice and very clean.

Everything was just fine. I can't complain.

The apartment was spacious and had a jet bathtub along with a shower. We really felt like we were at home, even though we only spent five nights. The staff were also very kind!

Late check in time and early check out time. There were also several small cockroaches in the kitchen area, even though we kept it clean. Just need some simple traps, and you're good.
