The pool was cold and dirty

This unit was very comfortable and clean. The proximity to the beach, as well as downtown St. Augustine, was excellent. We appreciated the thoughtful touches that were included (beach towels, freshly made ice cubes, laundry detergent, etc.)! The condo had everything we needed to feel at home and enjoy our stay.

The only thing that doesn't work well is the small pedestal sink in the master bathroom. There's no good place to set your hairdryer, make-up, etc. Also, neighbors upstairs are night owls (or perhaps they work a late shift?) You could hear them walking around at 2:00 am every night.

there is a master lock on the wall near door lock, in the begining we tried to unlock this master lock thinking the door key is inside, many minutes passed and didn't work then we tried the code on the door then boom ! the door opened :)

Everything was Perfect, even the beds! That's saying alot for my high standards for sleep and my cranky back! The only thing that would've made it better is if we were directly on the beach. However, it was only about a mile or so away😉

Nothing! It was a quiet location and perfect amount space for the 5 us we could've even fit a few more friends.

The location was great and so was the pool!

No complaints! The only thing was we had the lower level and whoever was staying above us, sounded like they were moving furniture for hours in the evening.

The location was great. It was only a few blocks from the beach and very close to town. Everyone was very friendly and they provided bikes and the pool is only a few steps from the condo. Very clean! Everything you need is provided.

We didn't like the noise from the upstairs attendants and the fact that the front bedroom didn't have it's own TV. The living room was cozy but for 6 people not enough sitting room.

The condo was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. We used the pool and was located across the parking lot. Great option if you just want to hop in with the kids real quick. The beach is about a 10 min walk down the road. Very easy to get to. They had bikes available but we did not use them.

The only thing to bring up was that we were supposed to check in at 4:00pm and luckily we ran late. When we arrived at 5:15 the cleaning staff was still there. We just took a walk to the beach while they finished. It would have been extremely annoying if we were on time though and the place was not clean. Especially with a small child who was tired after the drive.

Close to beach. Location was close to all of our favorite locations. Very cute apartment.

Upstairs apartment was very loud.

Clean, comfortable condo in a great location!

Noisy neighbors above made it difficult to sleep some nights.

The condo was clean and full of commodities for us. It felt like home the minute we walked through the front door.
