Every single staff member was professional and personal. They ALL truly appreciate their guests and go above and beyond in making sure all are comfortable. The room was so clean you could use a white glove and not have any residual dust. Their complimentary breakfast was so fresh, and the staff actually went to all the tables to see if everything was satisfactory. Other hotels we have stayed at have lame coffee, muffins and fruit and no service. This had all the fixings including eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuts with gravy, muffins and so much more! This is now officially our 'go to' hotel when traveling to Fla. FYI, We do not know anyone at this facility and are giving this review because they deserve it! One thing I would also recommend is getting a room with the jacuzzi. It is about $25 more a night and so worth it.

The pool was great, very clean in the room.

Didn't like the woman who worked in the kitchen. She looked very unhappy. Looking at her did not want to go into the kitchen. And most importantly, guys, buy lids for coffee glasses !!!! This is very dangerous. I was with children and could not pour myself coffee because I was afraid to leave coffee on the table unattended.

The room was nice. The housekeepers were fantastic people. The pool was really fun too

My son, who's handicapped, got sick while we were there and puked everywhere in the room. I called the front desk and she was the only 1 there. She gave me spray and towels and told us to do what we could. I'm sorry but that was very upsetting and rude.

The breakfast was incredible. Also our stay was very comfortable. For me it felt more like a 3 or 4 star hotel than the actual 2 stars it had. We had a 5 minute walk from there so silver springs state park so the location was great

The gym is very small (only running machines). If you don't plan to use it (we didn't) then no big deal.

The lady at the front desk displayed the perfect example of what customer service should be. She was very polite and personable. I wish I remembered her name but its been almost a month since we stayed there. Anyways, she was great! Also, the breakfast was pretty good.

My comments about what I did not not like have absolutely nothing to do with the hotel and staff. I appreciate the fact that hotel staff were wearing facial masks in the hotel and really appreicate all the signs that were posted requiring that customers wear masks as we respected that rule and wore our masks. However, it was so disappointing to see other customers completely ignoring the hotel's required mask rule. Again, that is not a reflection on the hotel, but on the mind set of customers deliberately ignoring the facial mask rule. Thank you; however, for being a responsible corporate citizen and keep up that good policy!

Staff was great at breakfast

Middle of night I went to get water. No one was around. I grabbed 2 waters and stated back to room. Then a guy condescendingly and very loud said " those waters aren't free" I had my wallet with me all intentions to pay and I would pay next day as well.

The food at breakfast was good but what made it wonderful was the kind, friendly service provided by Alice the cook. She was so helpful and made our kids including our 5 year old with autism and ADHD feel so at home. Please give that woman a big fat raise!!!

Everything...the rooms were clean and good size. Beds were.comfortable. the staff were friendly and always smiling. The kitchen lady offered to make us a bag of goodies when she found out we were going hiking. Breakfast had a good selection and it varied every morning. The pool was clean and water temp was just right. Very nice Hotel and I would stay here again.

Breakfast was good and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. The bed was comfortable .

I rsvp for 3 people. Receive only 2 towels and 2 was clothes. Also the only two towels was not folded and I had doubt on the looks of it was really cleaned between visitors. For that reason we didn’t use it. We use items in our luggage because we arrived very tired and didn’t feel like waiting for more to arrive.
