Clean, renovated rooms. Location close to everything. Breakfast was excellent and staff was professional and polite all the time. Truly enjoyed the stay. Parking additional fee of $10 dollars. Location is relatively close but keep in mind that walking distance at a good pace to the Castillo de San Marcos is around 30 min. However, the fountain of youth, the old Jail and other good attractions are 10 to 15 min away.

The front desk clerk was very helpful and accommodating, she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable because our room wasn’t ready when we arrived ❤️ the breakfast was excellent, thanks to the cook, we Loved the Sana and our suite was very clean and nice ❤️

Not much except for the manager that was on duty when we arrived he wasn’t very accommodating at first,considering the fact that we had to wait 1 hour before getting into our room but he eventually gave us a discount.

The breakfast was great I love the omelets that they had the only thing is the waffle iron was not working and the rooms were big we had a king size bed it was great the only thing I saw is when I went outside I looked up in the roof over the building in front of my room has a child that's hanging off that could blow off at any time and follow him somebody's head I didn't say nothing but just thought somebody might want to know

Breakfast was very nice, and very different menu each day of our stay. The staff was very professional. We would have liked the room cleaned after the 1st night, and our towels changed.

Good location - very short drive to many places to see. Clean room w/comfortable beds. Nice big tv w/guide to finding channels. Coffee is available all day.

Need an elevator to 2nd floor. It was difficult for me to get my big, heavy suitcase up the stairs. My younger sister did it for me. Also, I prefer the sink and mirror to be outside the shower & toilet area. Then someone can be doing their hair/makeup etc. while the other person is in the shower or using the toilet.

You’re charged $10 a night for a “parking pass” when we got home from dinner all the spots were taken and we were expected to park along the main road that wasn’t on the property. I don’t like I was charged $20 to find road parking.

Nice room. Very comfortable. Nice staff. I love the complimentary shuttle. Close to all the attractions. The value was good.

Ice machine right outside our door. People getting ice and the ice machine dumping new ice was very loud. First floor end room by the ice machine.

Breakfast was a highlight - great selection of hot and cold food and great coffee!

A few of the light bulbs in the room were not functioning which is annoying. Water pressure in the shower was too light. Just a suggestion - they should think about erecting a fence in the front of the properly by the pool so that it would cut down on noise and provide a bit of privacy from the passing traffic.

location. much more modern and cleaner than I expected it would be. There were a couple of plumbing issues i. the room that got remedied immediately upon notification. Maintenance came right away to fix the problem. Breakfast exceeded expectation.

It was close to everything. The staff was very accommodating and as helpful as they could be with our problems. The rooms were pretty clean and the beds were comfortable.

The only problem we had was that our air conditioner wasn’t working on the first night. He came in to check it, but couldn’t do anything, and there were no other rooms available to switch to. But the next day there were rooms available, so they switched us. So the first night was not very comfortable because it was pretty warm in the room...not terrible, but not great either. The rest of our stay, after switching to another room, was good. Except the fridge in the new room didn’t keep our stuff cold, like the other fridge did. I only wish there was some kind of compensation or discount for the first night since our AC was not working, and it wasn’t very comfortable.
