The room met my needs, the staff was excellent, breakfast, pool, location was great.

Mattresses was going downhill and was not comfortable, the phone in my room did not work so I couldn't call the front desk and I did let him know that they did accommodate me with the charger so that I could keep my cell phone charged. The hot tub was excessively hot and the Jets could have been bettter.

I have been staying at this hotel for over ten years. This will forever be my home away from home. The rooms are clean, neat and have everything you could need. They just replaced the floors with fresh new carpet. Hot water, hot tub, hot coffee/teas, microwave, great continental breakfast, amazing location right near downtown, and more. Nardia at the front desk is absolutely amazing. I recommend this hotel to everyone!

I had to ask for coffee, it was empty. I enjoyed food, area not kept tidy.

TV & phone did not work. Bulb in lamp on desk turned on but bulb was dangling from socket. Looked liked a fire hazard to me so I turned it off & did not use. I tried to call hotel from my cell phone to get someone to come fix my tv but no answer. I personally went to front desk & requested someone look at my TV. A staff member got it working. I asked her why I couldn’t turn it on. She said I needed to press 03. How was I to know that. I felt she was annoyed to have to come to my room. I mentioned these items to front desk before checking out & she said she would make notes in my file. Other than items I was pleased with my stay.

The staff was amazing! The building was in great shape! Nice curb appeal. Room was large, and well equipped. Bed was very comfortable. The room and facilities were very clean, and, appeared to be well maintained.

The only thing negative that I could find was that the exhaust fan in the bathroom was a little noisy, and doesn't go on and off with the light switch like some do. No big deal. We just closed the bathroom door.

Great location and wonderful staff! A charming, slightly older building, and staff helped make us more comfortable by providing a wing chair, which we really needed as there was not a comfortable seat in the room.

The air conditioner in our unit was working poorly - plenty of cold air but everything was very damp, including our clothes!

It was in a great location...about 5 miles off the highway. Hotel is definitely dated but it is clean, comfortable and a good value for the rate.

I had to wait almost a half hour for a clerk to come to the front to check me in. There was a sign saying she would be right back but no buzzer or bell for guests to ring. I had just traveled 12 hours and had picked up dinner to relax in my room and eat. Waiting that long to check in ruined my food.

It was wonderful, I went with my husband and my 2 kids (7 year old and a 1 year old). Staff was patient and always nice and helpful. Food was great as well, they had a high chair. Hotel was always quiet, as there was more over age guest. Also shuttle drivers were super nice and will always picked us up and drop us off super fast from the hotel.

The pool could be bigger or at least with a heater inside.

It was fairly close to most attractions and close enough to get to trolley in order to get into the historic downtown area. it was in a quiet part of town away from noise and traffic but not far to travel to town to explore

We were very disappointed that there was not a full complimentary breakfast each morning. A bagged breakfast of bottled water, granola bar, apple and a mini muffin didn’t quite cut it. it was the same thing every single day. Also, not having service daily to freshen up the rooms was disappointing. we had to leave trash bags and soiled linen outdoor in hallway and they would leave clean towels by door in hallway for us upon our return

I loved the location and the staff were very nice, breakfast was nice, and the overall atmosphere was very family oriented and welcoming.

The carpet was pretty dirty, had a fresh pair of new clean socks, took a few step within my room and they turned black, not very hygienic, but overall everything was very nice.

the carpet in room 105 was filthy. made the bottoms of our feet black and when we wore shoes, they were sticky and you could hear them sticking to the tile floors when walking outside of the room.
