The location was in walking distance to the trolley and oldest jail. The hotel was open 3 weeks when I stayed there and it was very clean. The staff was nice.

What could have been better is that the breakfast should also offer almond milk. Not everyone can tolerate regular milk or 2% milk. We also had an issue where our when the hotel room door slammed on its own it would sometimes lock and sometimes it would not lock. So we had to slam the door on our own and it would lock. We did tell the clerk when we were checking out and maintenance was suppose to be taking a look at the door; room # 404. I chalked it up to new hotel all the kinks not worked out yet. This would not set stop me from staying there again.

Very clean and was nice to have a restaurant and a bar on site!!! The pool was running and clean as most don't seem to run the pump and filter anymore!

Breakfast was lacking. They ran out of bacon, eggs, orange juice. Other than that the waitress were wonderful. The hotel is not in the historic district. Very far from in town. Had to take a van and pay to get back in forth into town. Way too far to walk

Hotel beautiful Very clean. Staff excellent.

Front desk was very helpful when my reservations through booking.com did not appear in the main reservation system the manager went into her office and was able to pull the reservation up without any problem.

very expensive for the same type of food I would be offered at the Hampton for free.

Not having a place for young children to play. Lobby could have a quiet corner for games or puzzles.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Since the hotel is very new everything was clean.

I understand that hotels purchase firm mattresses so they last longer, however a pillowtop would have been much more comfortable. The bed was hard as a rock.

I think a lite breakfast can be inclusive to the price of the hotel room.

Wasn’t told i would be paying for parking again that should be inclusive.

Initially our television was not working and so we needed help from Jen at the front desk to come up and play with it.

Ridiculously priced and didn’t even get the king bed room I reserved, but still had to pay the same price and then charging for parking as well
