Hilton Saint Augustine Historic Bayfront

Staff and location were excellent. View was excellent and as described. Room and bathroom were meticulously clean (thank you!). A bit expensive in my opinion, but met my needs this trip. The lady in the Starbucks was SO NICE!

A/C was sporadic. Curtains require attention, I wasn't entirely sure if they were supposed to cover the windows or not because they weren't quite on the tracks the right way. Important only because that's the sunrise side of the building....

Historic hotel in a great location right on the water

I reserved two rooms for us and another couple. We both checked in to our respective rooms simultaneously, providing credit cards and ID at the front desk. Weeks later I've found that the hotel charged me for both rooms. I've tried to get them to correct the error but they claim they can't do so because they supposedly don't have info for our friends. I don't know how this could be since they checked in and filled out the front desk info just like I did. So now I am having to fix THEIR error.

The King room was very clean and comfortable, although a little cold in decor, i.e.. no painting or other soft touches on the bare walls. Daily bottled water is a thoughtful amenity. The location in the heart of the old city is excellent.

The big drawback to this property is the parking. Valet parking is an inconvenience, especially when you have to wait your turn to get your car for an excursion away from the hotel. However, the parking attendants work hard and try their best. Paying $28 a day for this is a real bummer, especially when most, if not all, other properties in the area have free, self parking.

Awesome location! Beautiful, very clean, well maintained hotel. This property is very centrally located in the heart of the Historic District.

My only complaint is that we were in a bay view room. There was occasional traffic noise. However, it was not consistent. Also, the pillows definitely could be replaced. They were small and rather flat.

Property was well maintained and clean. Walking distance to everything including tour of Flagler College.

Nothing. Front desk staff was great and we were able to check in early. Pool/hot tub area was small but enjoyed it. Also ate at the restaurant in the hotel and it was good and with great service.

Location was convenient to the Amphitheater and St. George St. All of the staff was extremely helpful and courteous.

The room appeared to have some kind of water leak into the ceiling above the tub and it caused the room to have a musty odor. The ceiling had water stains. The staff should have repaired the issue and not rent the room until it was resolved. $1,400 for 2 nights was a little steep.

Excellent Location. Hotel amenities are first-class and Brunch delicious. Staff is cordial. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

We repeatedly had problems with our door and gaining access to our room. This was known upon arrival (we had our luggage carried to our room and he could not open our door), the following day (cleaning person could not open our door) but no one took action to solve the door problem. Both told us they would get it repaired but no one took action. I finally had to go to the front desk to get the door mechanism repaired. In a customer service focused culture, this should have been addressed once it was discovered by any staff. It took 3 reports and two days to address and no it was not our cell phones. Finally the front desk manager had the door lock mechanism cleaned to work properly with the magnetic strip on the card. For the rest of the weekend we had no more issues.

They had their own restaurant and bar. The dinner we had there was 5 ⭐. The service and suggestions to have for dinner was spot on. Everyone employee there was part of a fine tuned clock that ran perfectly and this was my first stay. The breakfast was awesome also. I sleep so deep, I haven't slept like this at home. This place is A number one place. I will tell friends and I will be back.

Location, location, location! We stayed here for the first time last year and just got back today from another amazing vacation! It will be our annual go-to resort for our St. A trips!

I honestly don't remember the sinks being SO high. I'm not short but had to stand on my tip-toes to wash my face. I can't imagine a child having to use this sink.

From the minute we booked the room, through numerous calls to just get simple answers leading up to the trip, from the minute we drove up, until we pulled away…… everything was fabulous. Great people, great property
