Beach views and accessibility were amazing!

It wasn’t as clean as I would’ve liked. There were long hairs in the corner of the shower and on top of one of my sheets. In one of the condos I rented, the floors had sand throughout upon arrival. Finally, I was disappointed with the upkeep of the units themselves. TV consoles were noticeably damaged. The walls were marked up. A little bit of paint could’ve gone a long way.

Great size apartment with 3 beds and 3 baths! Lots of kitchen space and seating for guests. It had wonderful views of the ocean as it was directly on beach. It had a wrap around balcony with outdoor seating and a table for 8 guests!

There was no umbrella for the outdoor table to provide shade during the day. The phone in the apartment was not working. Had to use my cell to contact reception which is located at another property. A picture on the wall had fallen off, meaning we do not know when the apartment was last checked before we arrived. The elevator to the top floor where the apartment is located is very very slow! I could climb 6 flights of stairs faster than the elevator.

Staff was wonderful and loved our view.

I hate the fact they aren't strict on their no smoking policy. People smoke on their balconies and it comes in our unit. I have asthma so this was a huge issue. They should inform people that isn't allowed.

The property is in an excellent location for the beach. We were upgraded at check in at no extra cost which made the stay even better! The staff were lovely and so helpful. The rooms were extremely clean and of a good size and also had great views! I loved the fact that the property had its own pool and jacuzzi, which I definitely made use of! Myself and my family enjoyed all the facilities and the main complaint is that we did not book this place for longer! I would definitely return and book this apartment hotel again in the future!

It would have been better if we could check in a little earlier and check out a little later, I felt like the time went very quickly! There was a slight damp smell in the room when we entered, which may have been due to the closeness to the beach and moisture in the air. Some air freshener in the apartment would have helped, however, this did not impact our stay and we really enjoyed the time we spent at this apartment. Overall, everything was great!

Proximity to the beach. Spacious balcony. Updated living area. Staff was excellent. Washer dryer was a nice amenity to have. Great private beach with low crowds.

Coffee pot too small for a large unit. Mattress on pull out sofa was very uncomfortable and the bedding for the pull out was entirely way too small for 2 people to use. Lacking tissues. 1 roll of cheap paper towels. No vacuum. Sand was in bed and bedding bc it was all over the floor. Parking spaces very limited and very tight.

Was kind of disappointed when i first arrived from the outside as I was expecting the beach to be right outside the back door. However, once I was inside and actually found out the beach was right across the street I was satisfied. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely kind and helpful.

I can't really say there was anything wrong that I didn't like.

Location is certainly its best feature, just walking distance from the beach. Views are optimal too.

Although the apartment is adequate, some small renovation should be advised such as furniture (dining table, tv stands show signs of use) and wall painting (secondary bedroom white walls deteriorated). Service in general is upon request (toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, etc, are not daily supplied and for a 7 day stay this could be inconvenient).

I love the location and the set-up of the unit. We had a 3 bedroom with 3 bathroom unit, huge area to hang as a family but the rooms were laid out in a way that everyone could have privacy. Easy access to the beach!

Nothing really - could hear more than I expected from neighbors, but wasn't bad at all.

Convenience to beach and pool. Small property so not a huge crowding issue.

Kids jumping over fence to swim in the pool after the pool closed. Made my grandkids want to do it. Of course we are rule followers so we didn’t.

We got a beachfront unit. amazing view, quick to get on the wide white sand beach. Publix was just down the street, could walk if needed. The unit was spacious enough for a family of 4 and well equipped for cooking, towels, ect. We would stay again.

Other guests talked loud around the pool and played music so it was disruptive to sitting out on the balcony
