The view was amazing. The unit was clean.

There was no entertainment The restaurant didn’t open until 4pm and they don’t allow you to bring your own food in the pool area. So, nothing to eat all day if you’re spending the day at the pool. The hotel is short staff. The staff work the desk, pick up and drop off guest with golf cart, serve drinks, pick up glasses, move umbrella. The one staff person was over worked. The room were cleaned every 3 days. The amount of money we paid, should include daily maid service. The was not enough parking. If you get in late there is no parking at the hotel. There is an over flow light a block down the street that is very dark and feels unsafe. When I parked there was a guy roaming around looking in the cars. There needs to be more lighting in that lot.

The rooms are very spacious, bright, well equipped, with huge balconies and great views. We actually stayed an extra night because we were positively impressed. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially Missy at the front desk and Lea at the restaurant. The pool looks bigger on the site pictures but it works perfectly, it looks great, perfect temperature, plenty of chairs and it was never crowded during our stay

The restaurant closes at 9pm which felt was a bit early for us, but wasn’t a deal breaker.

The location was great. All the rooms have a deck with a beautiful view. The pool area is nice, and the chairs were so comfortable. We got in on Sunday afternoon so we got to enjoy the bar for one of our days during our stay.

The Pool deck-tiles were so hot they could actually burn your feet. We were there from Sunday evening until Wednesday morning, and we did not have a chance to try the restaurant because they were closed Mon-Tue. which was a little disappointing since we were there in the summer.

IThe view was amazing! Watched the dolphins in the mornings! Food on the restaurant was absolutely Amazing!

Our room was Not Clean at all! We had to clean the room before we could even unpack I'm talking about a full cleaning! We called the resort manager up (Missy) she said they had cleaning problems out of the maids Not cleaning the rooms properly but she definitely went above and beyond to make it right with us She knocked off half the price of our 1st night and gave us a free meal and drinks! Even though we dealt with that problem I would definitely stay again!

Everything was perfect. Excellent location, with comfortable, clean and modern rooms. It has parking, and a free shuttle service to the beach and the nearby supermarket. The parking lot has chargers for electric cars. there are bicycles to tour the city. The kitchen of the apartment is fully equipped, even glasses, there is everything. The pool is spectacular and the views from the room incredible. and best of all is the staff. Aisha at the front desk is wonderful and the person who does the transfers is the nicest person you can deal with. Thank you for making this wonderful stay. We were going for one night and ended up staying another night.

I loved everything about the property

The staff was so friendly this year. we stayed the same time last year, and I noticed a dramatic difference in how friendly and personable every single person was that worked there. Also, they gave us a bottle of sparkling wine on New Year’s Eve, which was a nice touch!

The only complaint I would have is at the pool and hot tub are not that warm, and this time of year they are completely in the shade all day long, so it would be nice if they were warmer. And the only thing about the unit itself is it would be so much better if there were hooks in the bathroom to hang wet, bathing suits, and towels. There is no place to hang anything which makes it hard to reuse towels throughout your stay.

Staff was super nice and the views were spectacular. We saw dolphins everyday while there. We enjoyed making our meals indoors and eating on the balcony. Easy access to the beach and grocery with a single phone call for a golf cart ride. We had a room with a washer & dryer which was a huge bonus!!

Pamphlet left near bed said bed changing and cleaning every 3 days. On third day we called for this service and was told it was the 4th day. We called the 4th day and still didn't receive this service. 😕 Luckily we had a washer & dryer that we could wash the towels up. We did ask for more tp from the front desk and was able to get that. I'd recommend having a broom in the rooms for sandy floors.

The facilities was very nice, comfortable and had a lot to offer us as their guest.

They cancelled my reservation and charged me for one night that I didn't get to stay. I called to notify the facility that I was going to arrive late but the gentleman did not advise me that I needed to be there by a certain time to avoid losing my reservation and being charged for one night's stay. I had to book the room again and Thank God they still had one available.

The whole facility was beautiful. Each room had a view that was beyond exceptional. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was super nice and friendly. It was an amazing experience that made me completely relaxed upon heading home. I would go back and I would highly recommend to anyone especially families.

Not alot of parking but I truly can't blame them for that. The area isn't big enough. They did have another lot for additional parking which is great.

We got a 2 bedroom apartment which was very convenient after being in hotel rooms for the previous 10 days and having 10 more days ahead of us. The space was clean and we had a full kitchen, laundry machines in the apartment (absolutely great feature and traveling with kids for a long time). The beds were very comfortable. We got the 609 Apartment.... best view of the house. It was quiet, good AC (a little loud...but kept us cool), great balcony. We had an amazing experience overall.

There are no cleaning services before the 3rd of 4th day of stay.... I might have missed this information when I made our reservation. The lock of the door was broken and the door of the AC station was dirty with lint... and the hotel promptly fixed both when I requested.
