I met the housekeeper Cheryl. She is by far the kindest person I have met in a very long time. Extremely helpful, would check on us to see if we needed anything, always a big Hello if we passed her in the hallway. Kudos to see there are still very nice people in this world! Front desk staff was very kind as well!

The ice machine in our room #604 was so loud when we arrived. Mail came up and said ice got stuck behind the fan. Next day, it started to make a low sound which would eventually turn into the loud one when we first arrived. The next maintenance man used the blow dryer to melt the stuck ice. Please check into this. And also, it only dropped ice once every 24 hours! 🤣

Beautiful suites, full kitchens, comfy beds , couches etc. The pool was salt water which was a nice surprise ! No burning eyes or dry skin. Pool is a little small but serviceable. The staff was amazing so helpful and friendly. On checkout day our flight was in the evening - late checkout was unavailable but we were offered to stay and enjoy the resort being able to shower and change in facilities in the hotel.

The restaurant was spotty in terms is quality. It had the makings of really good but fell short - eg - poached eggs for breakfast - the Eng muffin wasn’t toasted! Omelette another day the toasted bread we stale, spinach avocado dip, first time was clearly microwaved and the avocado hearts were straight from the can and not even warmed. Second time the better chef was on and all was done correctly! Also paying $40 a day for sun beds at the BRs che is a bit much!

The feel of the building and apartment were very nice - we have always stayed in places that are smaller houses or condos on the beach. While I would still choose a place like that for a long stay, this was very nice feeling place, even in parking deck and elevators, clean and light.

The only thing I really didn't like is the music always going by the pool - but that is a pretty personal point. I like quiet.

The service was amazing from the moment we arrived. Very easy to access the lobby, the parking lot had many spaces available, the restaurant was friendly and very accommodating. The poolside chairs, additional towels, fresh baked cookies in the lobby, and everything in our room was truly stellar. The gym was clean and had a nice fuse from the top floor. The pool was well-maintained with great music and beautiful scenery with the fire pit and beach front lounge areas. Wonderful hotel.

The hotel staff were all friendly & genuinely seemed to want to make our stay a great one. Our room was lovely & conveniently located near the pool. The food at the restaurant was very good. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything clean. I was worried the pool would be small but it was a decent size & the hot tub was wonderfully hot.

We couldn’t think of anything we didn’t like other than the walk from the hotel to the beach is a bit long but it was worth it!

my son daughter loved the gym as they are athletes. Access to the beach was amazing and easy in and out from the resort! The room was like a mini apartment and great for our family of 6 with a breath takin view! I also loved tje safety features with the wrist bands, we come to Treasure Island every year and stay somewhere different most of the time..and this safety feature will be a good reason we come back! They also provided my serivce dog a bed and a goodie bag!

Pool was way to small for the size of the resort! They dont have free breakfast theres a restaurant you can eat at, at the resort..but we brought our own!

The staff was really nice, the restaurant was great, and the location was perfect. We would definitely stay there again, in a larger room, if there is one where we don't have to sleep on a hide-a-bed. The beach is very nice there and we loved the path along the beach. The pool looked nice but it was too crowded. Love the Tiki bar, but it should stay open later!

The shower door doesn't keep the water in. Every time we took a shower, there was water all over the floor, enough that it took 2 towels to soak it up. It didn't matter how we aimed the shower head, water still went everywhere. Also, the hide-a-bed is AWFUL. I have literally never slept on one so uncomfortable. I recommend you not rent the room for 5 people. Also, the Nespresso is AWESOME but not enough for 5 people, and walking to the lobby for every cup was unpleasant. Maybe offer a regular coffeepot as an option?

Hotel was great. Too far from ocean for us to walk. We are 80 plus with arthritic knees. Disappointed that there was no way to get to the beach for us. We needed to be within steps of the water and that fact was not made known to us.

The hotel is very good, I really enjoyed our stay, but unfortunately I had a huge disappointment. After a few days of our return home, I noticed that some of my jewelry was missing, especially one of great sentimental value. At first I searched my house several times to rule out this possibility of being here. So I did a retrospective and the last time I used it, even documented by photos we took there, was at the hotel. I remembered that I left there a small bag with some jewelry. We contacted the hotel but could not be found. I find it absurd that the employee who cleaned the room did not keep the belongings found, especially something of value. And even worse, the hotel is not responsible, since they must have a schedule with the employees who were working that day of checkout. I am very sad because it was a jewel of great sentimental value, a pendant with 2 boys representing the birth of my children.
