I've been staying at the property for several years.

Overnight parking for an extra car is now $50.00 per night. That's more than is acceptable for the market. Two cappuccinos with a single shot of Bailys was $27.00 and barely filled the cup. Breakfast at the restaurant was so-so. I've eaten many meals on property and I have always been happy with the quality. I am one of the least cost sensitive guests but it made me question as to whether management has now put revenue over a positive guest experience. I'm now in a recently completed resort in Clearwater and these items are less expensive here. Even the guests who can afford the cost don't want to feel taken taken advantage of.

The guy at the front counter was not people friendly

They were so friendly and accommodating! I arrived before check in time due to an early flight. They allowed me to check in without hesitation and the suite was so clean, comfortable and modern. Every staff member we encountered throughout our stay always greeted us and it was so welcoming. I didn’t book an oceanfront room, but our balcony did allow a view of the gulf and the pool area. We used the pool, hot tub, restaurant (breakfast & lunch) and room service (breakfast) and all were great. We even received turndown service with chocolates on our pillows one evening.

I loved everything about the property other than the than the choice of music in the pool area. But I know that’s the vibe they’re going for- it’s just not my taste in music.

My family and I visited the resort to celebrate my 40th!! We didn’t have the breakfast but had dinner. The burger and the habanero BBQ wings were both great!! I was absolutely pleased with everything I must say from checking in until checking out . All the staff were sooo accommodating and helpful! Room was cleaned daily and fresh towels…the ambiance of the resort was perfect, exactly what I was looking for! Room had a full kitchen and large cozy sectional couch. Very spacious! The beach and pool were very relaxing & private Enjoyed our stay Tuesday until Friday! Highly recommend going during the week , it was more quiet and not so busy ! Downtown St.Petersburg was interesting! There’s plenty to do! we visited the new pier . Watching the sunset from the balcony at the resort was breathtaking♥️

Only thing I didn’t like was having to leave🥺wish we could have stayed longer….

This is a beautiful property right on the beach at treasure island. Absolutely gorgeous and definitely more upscale! We were welcomed by a very friendly front desk , I believe her name was Casey and she was amazing. It was our wedding anniversary so we were surprised by a nice bottle of champagne and some delicious chocolate strawberries. Also she upgraded our room from a regular suit to a 2 bedroom suit which was so absolutely amazing as our little baby girl got to have her own room and OMG the view we got… with that corner balcony it was spot on for sunset watching! I just wish we could’ve stayed a bit longer.

Some restaurant and front desk staff could’ve been better, but we all know how hard it is to find good employees these days.

The location of the hotel is great. Every member of staff was efficient and kindly willing to help. The room was spotless and we had everything we needed. They were thoughtful, including a bar of chocolate in the open bed at night. I have traveled quite a bit, and this hotel and one other on the west coast are the ones that I will always remember for the quality. Many thanks to each of you who made our stay so relaxing.

the location is perfect; right on the beach. the hotel itself is very clean , nice and well taken care of. the staff are all very professional and friendly, the amenities are great, the food in the restaurant is very good. the rooms are extremely nice and have everything you need, the pool and the pool area is great. overall would HIGHLY recommend this hotel - i give it 5 stars on everything!

nothing - it was perfect!

It was the nicest place we have ever stayed in treasure island we are already making plans to stay there again it was so comfortable clean what a sharp resort staff was very friendly and it was pet friendly which meant the world to us and our 5 pound Chihuahua all I can say is what a awesome weekend thank you treasure island beach resort see you soon

I met the housekeeper Cheryl. She is by far the kindest person I have met in a very long time. Extremely helpful, would check on us to see if we needed anything, always a big Hello if we passed her in the hallway. Kudos to see there are still very nice people in this world! Front desk staff was very kind as well!

The ice machine in our room #604 was so loud when we arrived. Mail came up and said ice got stuck behind the fan. Next day, it started to make a low sound which would eventually turn into the loud one when we first arrived. The next maintenance man used the blow dryer to melt the stuck ice. Please check into this. And also, it only dropped ice once every 24 hours! 🤣

Beautiful suites, full kitchens, comfy beds , couches etc. The pool was salt water which was a nice surprise ! No burning eyes or dry skin. Pool is a little small but serviceable. The staff was amazing so helpful and friendly. On checkout day our flight was in the evening - late checkout was unavailable but we were offered to stay and enjoy the resort being able to shower and change in facilities in the hotel.

The restaurant was spotty in terms is quality. It had the makings of really good but fell short - eg - poached eggs for breakfast - the Eng muffin wasn’t toasted! Omelette another day the toasted bread we stale, spinach avocado dip, first time was clearly microwaved and the avocado hearts were straight from the can and not even warmed. Second time the better chef was on and all was done correctly! Also paying $40 a day for sun beds at the BRs che is a bit much!
