The parking garage is extremely convenient for cruisers. They have a shuttle that is on demand and fast and easy to use. It was in a quiet, easy to maneuver part of town. Although beaches were not walkable everything was easy to drive to.

The housekeeping staff was literally standing at my door and I needed 2 towels and 2 bath cloths. She told me no. I am sure there was a language barrier but I showed her what I needed and she emphatically said No, shook her head and used her hand to swipe across her neck the universal “no” symbol. It was quite odd, and also inconvenient as I had to go in and call the front desk and wait for someone to give them to me while she was across the hall and cart full of clean linens was parked at my door.

We loved that there was a mini kitchenette in the room! There was a REAL fridge with freezer. We were able to freeze our ice packs from travels for our breastmilk to have it stay frozen for our cruise. There’s a free cruise shuttle from the hotel to Tampa’s cruise port as well as free morning breakfast! Also I wanted to mention a microwave and dishes in the room. We were able to feed our kids late at night by heating up food. Included downstairs were 2 computers for use that had a PRINTER! Never seen that before and was thankful that was available as we needed to print some papers.

We had a corner room, and it was phenomenal! The views! We could see our cruise ship when we awoke in the morning. The location is fantastic- the port is a few blocks away; there is a CVS across the street and a Publix a block away. The trolley to go to Ybor City is down the street. Breakfast is included. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Everything was spotless.

While the port shuttle is free, there is only one, and it took a while to get a shuttle to board our ship. It would have been faster to walk.

The rooms were fantastic, lots of space and designed very efficiently. Great value for the money and seriously exceeded expectations. The staff are amazing, they were very knowledgeable and went the extra mile. We were staying at the hotel in the lead up to Hurricane Ian, leaving the same day it was to land. The staff kept us informed of measures being put in place and were just good caring people.

There's nothing that I can say I didn't like. The only factor to consider is that the hotel is located by the port, while there absolutely many things to do in the area (close to aquarium, Amelia Arena, etc.) there's not much in the way of shopping. The hotel is located downtown, which to some travellers may make you think you'll be in the "downtown scene" but its really not. Again, that's not a complaint it was a perfect spot to stay if you can easily navigate Uber and plan your days accordingly but its not like you're going to just walk around the area much.

Location to cruise port and food options. Room was huge and clean. Common areas were clean. Views Fram room were nice. In room technology was convenient.

Booked for family of 4 and room was just one bed and a sleeper sofa. Breakfast options were missing. No complementary parking and parking garage scanners not working properly. Pool was closed our entire stay and we couldn't even go on the patio area which was a big reason we booked this location.

The staff was AMAZING and so kind and accommodating. Me and my husband were on our mini honeymoon and were just traveling around winging it by the night. They we so kind to give us a free congratulatory bottle of wine. Also the breakfast and coffee was so good. And plenty of it. The rooms make you never want to leave, so comfy, spacious and absolutely spotless. 10/10 for me. Definitely stay again!

Very clean and inviting. Comfortable bedding with side tables and accessible outlets/USB ports on both sides. Large room with separate seating area. Loved all the desk/surface space and the rolling table/desk. Very peaceful and quiet despite being fully booked. Lobby area was large with plenty of seating and work space for before and after check-in/check-out. Jennifer at the front desk was awesome! Honestly, loved everything about this property and our stay except the first night.

Our first room was not appealing. Furniture was broken down. Floor seemed dirty with a worn spot in the carpet. There was an unpleasant odor. Due to a delayed flight we checked in at 1:30 AM, so just went to bed. Spoke with Jennifer the next morning at the front desk. She was fantastic! They moved us a few floors up. The new room was the same location and layout, but 100% better in every way. Very clean, comfortable, in great condition and smelled fresh. Extremely happy with our stay after the first night. Would absolutely stay again.

We booked this hotel to attend a concert at Amalie Arena. The location is perfect. We used the trolley to get to the venue and then walked back as it was after hours. We also used the trolley to go into Ybor City and back to the hotel. It is located just a short walk away from the hotel. We walked to places to eat while there as well. Hotel itself was clean and very comfortable. Would definitely book again!

We were going to a concert at Amelia Arena so the location of this hotel was very convenient, it is actually at walking distance of the Arena and there’s also a Publix very near by. Room was spacious, bedding very comfortable, equipped with a full kitchen. There’s also a Starbucks next to the lobby. Coffee is available for guests in the lobby any time. Perfect for our 1 night stay.

Breakfast was not the greatest, not much variety (lots of carby things actually and I am on a lowcarb diet), omelet was plain and tasteless.

Area was good and close to most things/not far from the airport. Pool was clean, quiet and had brilliant city views. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had good options.

Could be a little noisy at night esp from the road outside with motorbikes and cars going by. Walls were thin. We were close to the lift and we could hear the lift dinging in the night but didn't affect our sleep too much.
