It was in a great location and convenient to so much. 15 minutes from the airport, roughly 20 to Busch Gardens,.20 to the Glazer Children's museum, etc. Short walks to a Publix, the wharf and the trolley line. And the room was great. I loved having separate rooms for my family members, plus the kitchen and washer and dryer. Easy access to the parking garage as well. This was one of the best hotel experiences I've had.

The only Roost signage I can see on the exterior is a small logo right by the front door, so it was a little difficult to find at first.

Great place close to Tampa Convention Center (10 min walk). Stayed there for a week for professional conference at Tampa Convention Center, that can be reach by 10 min walk. The stuff is always in the lobby and ready to help with any question. On the seventh floor nice pool with additional facilities around (like barbeque area, relaxation center and gym - open from sunrise till sunset). There are few restaurants on the same street, also a supermarket with additional fast food (soups, sushi etc.). 5 min walk to Channelside Bay Plaza (fast food nice area with outdoor/indoor seating multiple seating styles). 5 min walk to The Florida Aquarium and also 5 min to Amalie Arena if you come for a game. So, great location to all those spots.

Absolutely great location, at Water Street neighborhood, intense night life! Live music on weekends and an amazing Farmer's Market happening downstairs 3rd Sunday of the Month! Truly walking distance to major attractions/points of interest. (Amelie Arena/Convention Center/Tampa Port/Riverwalk among others). Mix of residences (7th floor & Up) and apart-hotel on 4th-6th floor. Pet Friendly. Fresh Coffee every morning on "social" floor, video room, great pool. Fantastic vibe. Feel like a local! 24h front desk.

Extra $30 Daily Parking Fee, not included on rate. Selected an upgrade for a room with a balcony but was literally looking at a HUGE construction site going on at one of the sides of the building. No flexibility to change room/Upgrades were available at a rate almost double the price. I understand some limitations due to occupancy/availability, yet front desk staff didn't seem to care/wasn't willing to assist. Sonos sound system didn't work/connect.

Location to Amalie Arena can't be beat!!! An easy walk to the Arena made our concert experience even better! Just down a sidewalk and across the street (with cross walks) so it is easily accessible for walkers or those using scooters/mobility devices. The staff was also helpful and very professional. NOTE!!!! Park in the street (Market) in front of the building in the **middle** unloading/loading lane. Then go inside to register and receive your room card which will be used to access the private parking garage (around $35 fee added.) The Asher garage is behind the building on the next street. You take the elevator to access your floor from the garage, which is very convenient. Wish we had known the logistics before circling the area a few times trying to find the parking! **When your stay has ended: Be SURE to take the room card with you when you leave or you won't be able to exit the garage. As far as the apartment, it was wonderful! Very clean and extremely roomy! Exactly like the photos! The only improvement suggestion would be a towel hook beside the shower. Also, if you don't wish to grind coffee beans in the room (not a Kreuig,) check out the coffee house across the street.

The auto generated emails they send just prior to the stay should include detailed directions on parking! It was raining, there was a lot of construction in the area, and some detours, which caused us to waste time on the parking situation. Calls to the hotel went unanswered so we were unaware of the parking situation.

The 2 bedroom apartment was well appointed and very comfortable. Perfect for our little family. The pool and amenities on the 7th floor were all outstanding. We walked over to the Amelie arena to see a concert. Tons of restaurants and other attractions nearby (Aquarium, Channelside, trolley to Ybor City). Would definitely stay here again next time in Tampa.

I think that the front desk staff could provide more information about the hotel at check-in but overall this place gets an A+.

The staff was excellent and I loved the gym and pool!

I love the property so much. My second nightmare the people next week came in at 1:30 in the morning and started to play loud music and party. When I called the front desk they got up there and shut it down. I was grateful for that. But I broke my toe trying to look for the phone. so I couldn’t get back to sleep for the rest of the night. No fault of the staff or property. It was just a very frustrating last night.

Roost was amazing. From cleanliness, customer service, the gym, free coffee in the mornings, the pool and outdoor space, parking garage, size and cleanliness of room, and even the event they hosted that was catered, I can't say enough good things about this place!

I don't have anything negative to say about Roost. The only suggestion I have that would have been helpful for me would be to include a full length mirror in the room to help with dressing/coordinating outfits.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The condo was immaculate, beautifully decorated and the kitchen had everything we needed. Appliances were top of the line, TVs were amazing. No expense was spared. It was fantastic.

Didn’t think there should be a $50 parking fee. The nightly hotel rate should have covered that and there was plenty of parking available. However we, I did appreciate that parking was very secure and private.

Everything! It was super clean, convenient and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I loved everything. One thing. And it’s minor….. a full length mirror would be helpful. I stayed in a studio, maybe the bigger rooms have one? But I just would’ve appreciated a full length mirror before heading out.

the building and my room were beautiful and new. the finishes were top notch and the unit was fully stocked with high quality products. the staff was professional, friendly, and helpful. the area around the building was really nice and close to the convention center where I had a business conference

the walls were somewhat thin, it was quiet the first night (a Thurs) but there was construction banging upstairs the next morning and neighbors on each side were loud the next 2 nights with talking & tv going. the room was so nice though it made up for it
