Everyone was so friendly. The facility was beautiful inside and out. The breakfast was elaborate, including omelets, waffles, fruit, cereal, bacon, sausage, etc. Everything was cooked perfectly. There is a restaurant on site, and the food was delicious, and the adult drinks were on par. The bartender was very busy but managed very well. Although he could have been a bit more personable. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable.

The lever on the door was unscrewed most of the way when I arrived. I notified the staff to fix it.

First of all what I like about embassy suites the staff was so amazing I met Dominique and Lord I can't remember the manager name she was training in the front she's been there she just didn't know the front she's Caucasian beautiful and I want to thank you Reginald Myers Sr and Quadeline K Myers thank you for a beautiful stay lord I can't forget the young lady that came to our room for the kira coffee maker I'm sorry I forgot your name too I hadn't did the comment I'm just doing it I apologize but everybody from the beginning to the end was amazing thank you so so much.

There was nothing bad I can think of at all thank you.

Everyone was friendly. And an unexpected happy hour drink was nice. And the breakfast potatoes were perfect.

Our bathroom was not cleaned completely prior to our check in. The soap was left from the people before us, along with their trash in the trash can and under the sink wasn't swept. The rest of the room appeared to have been cleaned and ready. Breakfast omelet bar was great but there was a flow problem with the rest of the food apparently. We had breakfast 2 mornings and both mornings the buffet was slim pickings, no waffles but syrup and butter 1 morning, and had to wait for refills both mornings.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We asked about the coffee, and Mike personally walked us over to where it was located. We love good coffee in the morning, Mike. You were right it was delicious! Plus, the breakfast they serve was like going out for a fancy brunch. Our room and bed were super comfortable . We will always make Embassy Suites our home when we are in the Brandon/Tampa area. No one compares to this hotel. Your Awesome!

The hotel was easy to locate. After arriving, the hotel is pretty nice. The staff was amazing. Social hours were relaxing and enjoyable.

The bathroom hot water was not the best. The only way the sink would get hot, I had to turn the shower water on hot. Once you turn the hot water on in the shower, it takes a while for it to heat up as well. But, if you turn the shower off, the sink water goes luke warm.

The staff were exceptional! on arrival Elizabeth at reception was very effusive! gave us a short tour of the lobby & dining area and called the room later to be sure everything was okay! The breakfast staff were also very friendly, even though it was self serve for the complimentary breakfast buffet, she offered to get items that we may want!

The Air conditioner wasn't as cold as I would like! this was a suite situation and the thermostat is in the living area, so it was chilly, but the bedroom area wasn't and the room smelled a little musty! I noticed an area of the drapes and floor had a yellow stain on them, looked like where a dog may have marked! I reported all of the issues on checkout! The receptionist took notes, so I would expect that they will be addressed!

Everyone on staff was very professional and helpful from the front desk to the breakfast staff they made it a great stay even though the room could use a refresh from wear and tear. Food was good at breakfast

The sound from the all night road noise made it hard to sleep. Room 258 2nd floor highway side of hotel. furnishings were worn, the bathroom cabinet and sofa. sofa super uncomfortable. would like Ceramic coffee cups versus Styrofoam or paper.

The art on the wall of an old tree branch on the beach is awful. Not sure who recommended that art work for the room. Its a nightmare of art selection. Something more inviting and soothing should be a room especially in the bedroom. For the 5 nights we stayed there we had to look at this terrible picture on the wall adjacent to the bed. It almost looks like a tree monster. Horrible art work!

The hotel was amazing. I was greater upon arrival and made very comfortable the moment I walked in. Everything was shown and explained to me before we went to our room. Breaks at was amazing in the morning. The hotel was very clean and well kept. I would definitely stay here again.

I did not like that online the food menu for the restaurant was not what actually was available at the location. Nothing that was online was available. They stated that they had less of a menu because of covid but this is now 2 years post covid and nothing was available. They jeed to update their online menu because others next to us asked the same questions about the menu that we did. I just think people want to stay at a place that they dint have to leave to get dinner or drinks and have the menu be what it says it is not something unexpected.

Ceasar was amazing. The friend I was with got sick and I was so upset we missed a concert. He took time to talk to me and calmed me made my whole weekend better. He is amazing and he really cared. The breakfast was a big hit!!!

The hotel was cold. The AC in the room couldn't adjust well.
