I was not a fan of the hot breakfast but i enjoyed some of the other items. There were a good amount of options available. My children and I enjoyed the swimming pool outside of the hotel. The staff at front desk was very nice and gave my kids goodies on the way out to swim.

I understand the system of letting staff know that you would like you’re room cleaned the night before but I kept forgetting to do that and missed out on cleaning days. I had never been in a hotel where you had to call before hand.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast selection was great and tasty. One of the best experience for me was the customer service I received from the front desk. Megan was very welcoming, patient, and genuinely kind. She definitely set the tone for my overall experience at Homewood Suites. Thanks again Megan!

The breakfast was well stocked and had a lot of options. All the kids were able to find something they liked and they didnt have to wake up to early in order to be able to eat.

It would have been nice if it could have lasted a half an hour longer.

Overall it was a very nice stay. The hotel was clean and close to my family during our thanksgiving visit.

Room furniture could use some major updates and care. I couldn’t adjust the air conditioning in my room so it was pretty cold at times. The air was very dry in the room so if you have sinus issues like me, bring your humidifier.

Breakfast was okay except the eggs were rubbery and seemed to not be real eggs. A variety in breakfast meats would have been better.

The pull-out bed from couch could have a better mattress so the springs could not be felt.

Room was good size. Breakfast was great! Lot's of options. Staff was wonderful and accommodating. Room could have been a little cleaner but I'm a clean freak so I tend to nit pick.

great location, very quiet, well insulated. wonderful for a number of days to be able to cook for yourself. a nice home away from home.

I like that the location where I was place was nice and quiet I also liked that people were nice and the food was all right.

I didn't like that I had to pay for Wi-Fi to start off with when the basic standard one was not good enough. I also did not like that there was no HBO Showbox or any other paid TV channel just basic TV channel for the price that I paid for and a high caliber suite.
