Motel 6-Tampa, FL - Fairgrounds

I CHECKED IN LATER THAN EXPECTED BUT WILL SAVED THE NIGHT AND MADE IT ALL PEACEFUL, THE MAID SERVICE WAS TREMENDOUS AND MET MY EVERY NEED AND WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL AT ALL TIMES,,, KARINA WAS JUST AMAZING THIS MORNING DURING MY CHECKOUT PROCESS..... I DEFINATELY WILL STAY AGAIN...

EVERYTHING ABSOLUTELY GREAT... MAYBE A DEEPER TUB IN THE BATHROOM. LOL...FOR US BIGGER FOLKS AND HAND RAILS ON TUB...IM BEING A LITTLE SILLY NOW...BUT HAND RAILS WOULD BE A PLUS IN THE SHOWER AREA

Free coffee early mornings, friendly staff, great housekeeping and the best part is that they allow dogs free of charge. Tampa is a dog friendly state and it's ridiculous that more places don't allow pets for free. They have a small dog park which is a big plus for me and the prices are reasonable.

The only downside was a few guests not having leashes on their dogs while taking them outside. Perhaps management could implement a "No leash, no service," type of rule. And also to pick up after their dogs go potty.

The stay was comfy and peaceful. Very Clean. Very nice staff.

Only thing I didn't like was I saw a few small roaches in the room. And the other thing I didn't like ,that the ice machines barely work.

I love the cleaning staff they are absolutely amazing, they always have such vibrant energy and always lets me use a brom or cleaning spray because spilled a drink or something as soon as I walk in. They really do make my morning

That the cart attendants don't have things like toothpaste ect on cart during morning cleaning. At least let them carry 5 of each and when they run out then the room attendants have to go to the from office which wouldn't be a hard transaction since they already know they have to go down but for the ones who are new and not such understanding

The bed was clean. The room didn’t smell and there were new towels and rags. Also, the floor was clean which I was skeptical about because of the hard wood.

There was a used rag hanging over the shower when I arrived, as if it was missed. Also, the microwave was a little faulty.

The rooms were very clean! And the Staff was very friendly! I will be visiting the pool next time I come!

I reserved a room with 2 beds and one was supposed to be bigger than the other, but it wasn't a super big deal!

The pool was dirty and it has been every time I stay. It's too hot for the pool not to be in use.a little cheaper it should be

Room was clean I been at this room for almost a month while I'm in town working.

The Wi-Fi sucks it wouldn't work at all my kids were not able to use Wi-Fi for they phone tablets or game system while we have been here.

The Pool is Open! My 4year old especially appreciated this. Odd enough , the front desk/ Lobby area is Not Open, which I found a bit backwards compared to other Motel 6 locations where the lobby opened up again before the pool .... Anyway I commend the cleaning staff at this location, they are amazing ! Very attentive and thorough - it always smells amazing inside the buildings and rooms are Always immaculate.

All staff was friendly, the room was very clean and supplied. Location is close to everything we needed like restaurants and fastfood. We had no issues and the pool was excellent!
