Breakfast good and the location is 👍

The best quality inn I've ever stayed at as far as looks go. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean the pool was great & clean, staff was nice & the location isn't too far from a lot of activities in the city & its affordable

They have a restaurant connected to the hotel I didn't eat there so I'm not rating it but it brought in a HUGE crowd on Saturday night that parking wasn't available & I only wanted to go back to my room Breakfast at the hotel was eh for me. I love hotel waffles but mine came out raw so it was a turn off. I also thought there would be bacon sausage eggs things like that but it wasn't.. not a problem, I just thought different

The pool area is lovely and the hotel is located in a great area.

If the hotel wants to promote breakfast, they should provide a real breakfast with protein. Rooms could be slightly larger. The hotel parking lot was full on Saturday night, so we had to wait for someone to leave before we could park. The restaurant attracts a large crowd. I also object to the hotel accepting cash for stays and allowing certain people to stay On Sunday, there was a strong odor of marijuana in the hallway outside.

I like the hotel the kids loved the pool

I didn't like how when I showed up they told me they cancelled my reservation cause my card declined they had no reason to try an charge my card at 7am on the day I was due to arrive so when I got there I lost my points I used when I booked the hotel an had to pay full price an of course there was nothing they could do about it. Saturday night when we left to go get dinner an came back there was no parking space due to the club there that was aggravating

The room was very good and we enjoyed the pool very much. The breakfast was not as good as we expected but this could be because we are still not used to the actual American breakfast (we really expected the famous "fried eggs with bacon" but there was no any).

There is a good restaurant (Latin Grill) that shares the same parking with the hotel. The problem is that you may get no slot for your car because the parking can be crowded at certain times of the night.

very clean and exciting the heated pool was to die for and the hotel was surrounded by all your major shopping stores. most of all 28 minutes from Busch Gardens

my complaints are few.. starting with the toilet in my room kept running the first night so I was having to keep checking making sure it wasn’t running over !secondly I had no phone in my room so I had to walk to the front to request for any and everything, . finally I requested housekeeping for my room never got it ! even after I reported it to maintenance and housekeeping. I would stay again but not before I check room first.

The atmosphere was incredible. The room I booked was a king size and it WAS MADE FOR A KING too. The pool was spectacular and having that view from my room 202 was awesome. Very clean and the property was clean as well. I'd stay here again and I'd try to book room 202 again.!! Next time I'm in Tampa I'll check here 1st for availability before anywhere else.

I liked everything I experienced. Especially my view from room 202. The only thing I'd like better would of been a room downstairs, but upstairs was great anyway.

The room was spacious and very clean. The staff here were very friendly and professional. The breakfast was way more than I expected. The pool was very nice, and clean.

I could hear the people next door a few times during my stay, but not enough to be a big problem. On Friday and Saturday the club at this location got going and it did make parking near my room a little bit of a hassle.

the room was super clean and bed and pillows extremely compfy. My hair dryer was busted called the front desk and they brought one right to me. Thank you for the pieceful stay.

The outside hall that is made half of glass. The heat from running ac units and added Florida heat felt like I was stepping off the plain in Iraq in 130° weather. Needs better ventilation or something. It looks like added security but it is really hard to breath from the glass door to your room.

Pool area exceptional. Woman who checked us in was amazing. She went above & beyond to help us when we were early. We sat by the pool, she stored our luggage & came toget us when a room was ready.

The rooms are quite dated. The floor tiles were loose & the toilet didn’t flush without us lifting the top & filling it with water. Room was near the pool ar & noisy at night.
