The staff was really courteous, attentive, and helpful. The cleaning crew you can tell they clean the hotel like they were to clean their own home. It smells amazing. Though I brought my own sheets and towels for my week stay they were at my door checking if I needed anything.

In the early morning the hotel was muggy and the room was hot. I was waking up sweating and though I said something about it the problem doesn’t happen during the day just at night which I found really weird

The room was clean and beds comfortable. All staff were friendly and professional. Continental breakfast was nice, kitchen made sure everything was full.

This hotel for me is in a kinda creepy area. I did not like the fact that the parking area in the back of the building was very dark.

You could warn people about a pet deposit you charge when your advertising says pets stay free. I got hit with a 100 pet fee for 2 days on my 7lb yorkie... I won't be staying there nor anyone in my circle.

Hi I would like to express my gratitude to the staff they made our stay very comfortable. I would like to espthank Manager Micheal for going above and beyond to accommodate a misunderstanding with CLC it was corrected and Mari for keeping our room exceptionally.clean and sanitized and being so loving and kind to my poodle. Thank you!

The doors need locks to accommodate the passes and after 10pm all guests should enter through the front lobby for safety.

clean rooms, good breakfast, great staff

our king bed was super comfortable and the pillows were some soft( which I love ) and some medium. they change the entire bed daily!

The cleanliness, the staff on all shifts were very very professional, courteous and all around nice! The Christmas decoration were lovely, it felt homey with the dining room decorated, great job!

The hotel was what we expected. The staff was nice. We enjoyed our stay there.

The hotel is a bit far away from the beach, but it was okay for me and my family since our plans only included one day at the beach.

Location and the customer service and the cleanliness

There wasn't anything I really didn't like the parking in the front with few but those plenty in the back I wish the rooms had balcony or patio other than that everything was great

Quiet location, clean facilities. Members of housekeeping were pleasant and more helpful than check in clerk.

Check in person (young black male) was on his phone the entire time he was checking me in and said maybe a total of 2 sentences. Seemed to be bothered when I asked for location of room.
