The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The grounds were clean amd well lit. The room was spacious and very clean. The beds and pillows were comfy cozy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We went to a concert at the Raymond James Stadium in Tampa and chose to spend the night at your wonderful hotel. The only suggestion I would make is to please add a handicap ramp at the back of the property . We arrived back at the hotel at 1:09am. Two elderly disabled ladies. We were lucky to find one parking space in the very back of the parking lot. We had to go around the entire property at the wee hours of the night to get the wheelchairs inside. There is a little ramp by the pool already paved. All that needs to be completed is the curb be leveled in the parking lot making the back door accessible to handicapped people. I really hope this will be a priority for this property to fix. Other than that very important safety issue it was a fantastic stay. If the handicap ramp gets added to the back parking lot we will be back to stay many more times. If not it was a pleasure this time.

Please put a jamdicap ramp at the back of the property by the pool. It is difficult to have to go around the entire building at 1:09 am because there is no handicap access through the back door. The paver is already there. You just need to level the curb in the parking lot. Please make this a priority we really would like to frequent your hotel again many times. Thank you for your time.

Convenient to I-4 and I-75. Perfect location for where we needed to be. Shopping and restaurants nearby and easy to get to. Rooms are outdated but large and clean (reno in July I think I overheard). Great breakfast. Always fresh foods (several hot selections), hot an fresh coffee, the attendants were awesome, especially Yvonne. She was a true gem and made our week long stay special. Housekeeping team on top of things, public spaces kept clean. Pool was clean but freezing. Parking good with bright lights. Front desk team friendly.

Hot tub could have been warmer. Full size beds in the room were too small even for our 'small' family so hopefully the upcoming reno will address.

1. the hot tub & pool area could of been better maintained at off times. Particularly the hot tub since so many people were utilizing it & eating around & in it( kids mostly) 2. Have more of a variety for breakfast rather than the same ‘ole everyday.. you can eat so mansugary waffles 🧇. Plain waffles would of been nice option ti have…. Had to go across the street to Waffle House just to get a plain waffle,lol.

The breakfast was extraordinary--eggs, potatoes, sausage, waffles with or without chocolate chips, fruit, all kinds of cereal, oatmeal, pastries, about 10 toppings for oats or cereal, almond milk, juices, and good coffee. Bed was super-comfortable. Room was very, very clean and spacious. Check in and out was easy. The hotel was easy to get to. I always feel safer with indoor hallways so that was a plus.

Even though room was super-clean, I killed two ants on the bedside table and one roach in the bathroom.

The location is a small area for the crowds of people it gets. The hotel is in a great location itself just not the breakfast area

No enough food for the breakfast when you have a team of young kids you have to expect to use more food for breakfast. Didn't get a chance for the last two days to get any breakfast before a long day of meetings with no chance for a break. would have been nice to grab something but there was nothing to grab

It was the best continental breakfast bar we have ever had. The waffles were already prepared and were delicious! Fresh fruit too! A very nice selection of cereals, muffins with eggs, sausage and other hot items to enjoy. The staff were helpful and attentive too!

More towels in our room. We had a party of 5 and we were short on towels.

Very clean, comfortable, microwave and refrigerator in room, quiet, comfy beds, delicious hot breakfast.

Disappointed that guests were not following hotel covid rules. If you are a guest planning on the seeing all the covid rules listed on the hotel website followed, forget it. Guests apparently think the virus is over and aren’t wearing masks as required or following elevator rules.

We were visiting family, and it was nice to have the dining area to play games during the afternoon.

The rain made it hard to get into the parking lot the first night.

Room was exceptionally clean, large and comfortable. The supplied toiletries were high quality, not the Best Western I grew up with. Guests were mostly quiet. I was able to relax and enjoy my stay unlike many other hotels over the years.

The Entrance portico leaks a lot during rain, appears to be under repair. The telephone in the office area made a lot of static noise as if the speaker was on and had to be unplugged at night. The in room coffee and toiletries were not replenished on the second night but no big deal, I was checking out that morning.

Clean and safe and friendly staff

Had an issue however the staff was able to professionally correct the problem, I would highly recommend this particular location
