Modern and clean room with super friendly staff. The included breakfast was good and great amenities. We liked the storage containers which were very handy! Laundry use was great and cheap. Free parking onsite was a bonus. Air conditioning within the room was great as well.

Lacking ambience in breakfast and lobby waiting areas. It's hard to find things but if we were to be a bit picky some of the fruit in the breakfast wasn't great. The kitchenette could have had a few more utensils and bowls/plates. The dining space was very small, just a small table to share for two people - would have liked it to be a bit better. There were issues with the ice machines which weren't fixed for a week which was a little disappointing. Location-wise there's not much around, particularly within walking distance. It's a bit of a commercial/industrial area and if you want to go to any walking trails or parks or shops you have to use a car.

I loved the room itself and the quietness of the location. The staff was always friendly and helpful when needed. It was also nice that you all offered shampoo, conditioner, and body wash (even though my nerves would never let me use it lol)

The rooms could have been cleaner. There was a little trash on the floor and the bed sheets had stains on them. We had to change our sheets on the day of arrival. Paper towels were used and had stains on them. They should have been replaced before our arrival along with the dish detergent as it only had a very small amount in the bottle and no one wants to use something that was open to be contaminated by previous guests. The bath tub was also dirty.

The location was great. Only stayed 1 night but, where I needed to go and where I want to go in the future, this place was perfect. I never walk barefoot but, room appeared clean. Staff was very friendly and always smiling.

Coffee was great but, the sausage biscuits were still in their store bought packaging, just heated up and put in the food warmer. Rather disappointed in that.

The breakfast is regular. The hotel is very nice and confortable. The people here is very kind and servicial. All the services where really good: parking lot, front desk, breakfast, pool, gym. Everything nice, clean and very very confortable. The room was really good it included kitchenet, fridge, coffee maker and a stove. Big bathroom. I loved it.

Nice hotel in a good location, super close to the Hard Rock casino and not too far from Ybor city/downtown. Rooms were nice and the breakfast was a plus.

The only negative was that the laundry is not coin operated but requires an app that for some reason is not available for download if your phone is an international one (even if the sim card is a US one) so I had to uber down the road to the laundromat and it was a bit of a hassle. I felt like there should have been some way to use it like the staff do it for me and I give them cash or something but no so just beware of that.

WONDERFUL staff who goes out of their way to make sure your stay is wonderful. The assistant manager (can’t recall his name but tall, thinner, and very nice) was impeccable. The lady who checked us in on Thursday 3/3/22 around 130pm was beyond what I would expect from a front desk clerk, she deserves a raise with how personable and informative she was! I loved how the room was like a legit studio apartment, plenty of space for my 7 year old, mother and I.

The location was a little bit off. Seemed to be in a slightly rougher neighborhood but I still felt very safe. The pool was supposed to be heated but it was SO COLD!

Location is great, downtown, zoo, aquarium 10-15 mins, suite is very comfortable traveling with a kid. staff is very friendly!

i’m not a clean freak but all the door handles were sticky also no fan in the bathroom, breakfast still needs improvement as other mentioned. but overall recommended

Clean comfortable rooms, the staff were so nice and helpful me and my wife can't wait to stay again. Also everything was so up to date we thought we were in a 4 STAR hotel.

The area was nice which was fantastic McDonald's right next door made having a quick bite easy as 1 2 3

Very little choice although all that was served looked good. Would have been nice to have bacon, pancakes and biscuits with gravy.

Absolutely loved this place. It was gorgeous, incredibly clean, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location was spot on where we needed to be for work.

Breakfast was empty at 7am. This was a letdown because we chose a hotel that included breakfast, and there wasn't really anything to even eat besides cereal and biscuits. So, having the extra expense of having to go get breakfast somewhere was a downside.
