Property is great: location, accessible to stores restaurants and beaches. The room is Spacios and clean.

I was walout of the room, I saw a group of 3 cleaning crew staff next ro my room and I let them know that I needed some soap and new cleaned towels. After 5 hours I came back to my room and the room waa NOT cleaned nor rhe soap or the clean towels where in the room. I call the front desk and wirh big attitude I was yelled at that I should request for “room service “. I have been around the world and not once I had to ask to have my room cleaned.

Best hotel I have stayed at for long time. It was clean. The staff was nice and the breakfast was good.

Feels like home when you stay here. With the exception of one out of 7 employees with whom we had contact, all were extremely helpful and courteous. Beds were comfortable size of room is nice.

Could be cleaner. We noticed the same spots after 2 days in corridors. We found a pair of pants in our room on the floor. Wondered how the cleaners could miss that.

We loved the breakfast buffet! There were many options and my kids are big eaters so it saved us from spending extra money at a restaurant. The room was good-sized, the beds were very comfortable with soft, fluffy pillows. The entire hotel was clean with a very nice smell. The kids had fun in the saltwater pool. We enjoyed swimming and relaxing by the pool. The decor of the hotel was beach-themed and very inviting. There was a very comfortable sitting/common room off the breakfast room with plush chairs and a couch with a large tv and an assortment of board games and puzzles. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was nothing we didn’t like and would definitely come back!

There is nothing that could have been better in my opinion. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The staff was excellent! The breakfast offerings were very good and a wide range of options. Great parking options. The location is excellent. A night lite for the bathroom would have been very helpful because of its locationn, it’s very dark and hard to see in the middle of the night. A nightlight in the bathroom. Turning on a light would have disturbed other sleepers.

A night light option for the bathroom. Towel delivery for the rooms, there was none while we were there, one has to call the front desk for towels.

The rooms are huuuuge, and have an element of plushness about them.

The subtle greenwash. In the room there are stickers asking guests to help save water and help with being more sustainable by not washing towels as frequently. During breakfast, everything is served on single use disposal plates, bowls, knife, forks, cups and spoons. That's not sustainable and it also makes the hotel feel cheap.

This room was like a home office, a bedroom, and a living room that were all very comfortable. The only thing different from an actual house is the lack of a stove

The clock alarm in the room went off at midnight the first night and the smoke detector started chirping at 4 AM the next night. But these were very unusual coincidences.

Room was very comfortable. Love the extra seating space, Pool was perfect temperature for relaxing. Breakfast with Staff, Teresa was so nice every morning. She is a wonderful person to wake up to.

The one thing that drove me crazy...was your toilet paper !!!!!! Horribly thin and falls apart on you !!!! Please improve !!!
